Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
The hotel is clean and modern, the bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet. There is a beautiful rooftop pool with chaise lounges and a lounge area with cozy seating groups. There is a restaurant on the premises that is open 24 hours, and although the breakfasts looked delicious, we chose to eat at restaurants nearby. The area is very safe, and the location is good. We found that using Uber, we were able to easily get around Riyadh without having to negotiate prices.

The team at Hyatt is very personable and always finds a way to solve whatever problem i may have. The hotel is stay very comfortable and consistent on my weekly visits to Ruyadh! the chef cooks nce healthy meals and rooms are always immaculate. The location is very central to Tahlia street, where a lot of restaurants are available.

This property is a rare find, being one of very few hotels in Riyadh that are smoke free.
In addition, it is always a wonderful feeling to be here, staff are wonderful, very welcoming, with many even remembering your name ! The feeling is priceless.
Location is wonderful , very near to the center and yet easy to get in the highway.
Rooms are modern, convenient to work from and amenities just right.

Very friendly staff and especially Aurif was looking after me perfectly every day. During the COVID lockdown the Hotel staff managed to keep serving guests in their rooms and providing other services as best as possible. The swimming pool and gym were closed but were very nice.

I stayed in this hotel for three weeks and got to know some of the staff fairly well. They have fantastic service and I really enjoyed my time there. The amenities were also great, and I made use of their well equipped gym, rooftop bar and pool area, and their various communal spaces. Rabba, the manager of the hotel as well as all his staff were very helpful and friendly.
Additionally, their location is great since it is near the popular Tahliah Street, so we were spoiled for choice of restaurants just in the immediate vicinity.

Strikes the perfect balance for extended business stays - not too grand (eg Ritz Carlton) but not too basic (Garden Inn). Reasonably priced. Incredibly welcoming staff. Cooled rooftop pool was used every day without fail - a welcome relief as the temperature reached 50c. Apparently there is a good atmosphere at the rooftop ‘bar’ in the evenings but I didn’t experience this myself.

I visited for a 10 days work trip. Great place, great staff, great location. Breakfast was so yummy, I loved how its bright and theres huge sun access everywhere, the windows are so big and bright. The staff are really friendly. The prices were average. If you’re on a Mobily sim card you might face some issues with the service though their wifi works pretty fine. Would totally visit again.

The checkin process was smooth. Very friendly team who supported me to have an enjoyable stay.
Mr. Abdulwahab from the reception team was extremely helpful and supportive to find me a suitable room and help me extending my stay three times.

Had an outstanding extended stay at HP Riyadh. The general manager, Rabah sets an exemplary standard to know each customer by name and accommodate their needs; the whole team follows suit and provided great service. The chef; Yousef was happy and delighted to cater for individuals catering needs and cooked some beautiful meals off the menu. Rooftop area is great for chilling. Highly recommmend as mocates in a trendy area with lots of local restaurants.

The hotel is located approximately 30 minutes away from the international airport. I was given a room in the third floor, typical hyatt place set up, nice furniture, a big sofa and a comfortable bed available, big tv screen. The bathroom was clean and big enough. The environment was overall clean. Good wifi line in the room and generally all over the place. I had dinner in their restaurant, very good service coming from the staff, well trained. The food quality was also very good, including the breakfast assortment comparable to a luxury hotel. The hotel is located nearby one of the most popular streets where there are plenty of restaurants available. Good value for money, I shall definitely come back.
