This hotel is old and outdated. The rooms are small and bathroom is very small. Upon arrival, our room was not entirely clean. The dinner buffet is very expensive and not good food. The proximity to the Haram is good, but the shuttle only takes you down the hills, but you still have quite a bit of walking to do...

The front desk staff poor service never on counter guests had to wait long time before any one attend to serve. The food quality reasonable, rooms smells of smokes. Bathroom reasonable size but toilet doesn't flush appropriately. This is not a four star as stated I would say 1 to 2 star. Management need to look into front desk staffing...

Hotel itself is only about 700 meters from Masjidil Haram which is really not so bad. But the fact that its located on a hill means that its quite a climb. Though they provide shuttle buses, it's not to go up and down the hill and about 300ish meters from Masjidil Haram. For senior citizens or the disabled, this can...

It should be very clearly mentioned that although the property is about 500 Meters from Haram, this distance is through 87 Stairs that are filthy and completely unhygienic. So dirty that you cannot even hold the rail. The transport they provide takes you only to the foot of hill, then you walk 1 KM to Haram. On return no transport...

Although booking websites show it as a 4 star, I can bet that it even doesn't deserve to be called a 3 star. Really pathetic location over the hill so for senior citizens it a straight no. Beds are cracked and washroom are so small that you hardly can fit in them. The lobby is okay but again breakfast is...

On checked in they are nice and even talk to you in English, but once you complain about anything or need service they wont even talk to you. Worst customer service at all. Main thing is this hotel is on height so going down and coming back up is not easy specially for families. They do have a shuttle service...

The place is close to the sacred mosque, the only issue is that it is over a hill. They do have a bus service, but it is often during the day. It is about 10- 15 minutes walk from the gate of the Haram, but if you are travelling with seniors then please skip this hotel. The room are ok...
