4 night stay. The location of the hotel is second to none in terms of proximity to the haram. I would say it is less than a 5 minute walk to the king Fahad gates.

We had a triple room which was hugely spacious and well equipped with all amenities, a generous complimentary water supply and a decent sized bathroom with a large shower.

The hotel itself is huge with almost 30 floors, with efficient lifts all around, it doesn’t take very long getting up or down. Service was great, from security when you enter the hotel, to check in, house keeping and checkout.

Arabic coffee, dates and infused water are available at reception during the day.

Breakfast was amazingly delicious- served between 6-11am. Serving an array of items, such as eggs, pancakes, fruits, Indian dishes, and Arabic breakfast staples - to name but a few! Waiters were always on hand serving tea and coffee as well as clearing used plates and mugs from the tables. The huge breakfast should leave you feeling full and energised for a long day ahead.

If I had one negative to share it would be that the rooms are not soundproof. Which may be an issue for some people. However it wasn’t a huge problem for us.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Makkah hotel, the location and distance from the haram is ideal. We look forward to staying again soon.

Its not the first time I stay in this hotel but it’s my first time writing this report and I wished I have done it before

It’s one of the best hotels near the holy mosque, a very good pricing and good service with all facilities.

One of the most unique experience is the executive lounge they have in the hotel , which provide food and drinks and the most important are the waiters especially Raza Ahmed he is a very great and helpful . You really should try it

Best view, best location, good staff.
The only problem was , I stayed with my twin daughters 3 years of age. They had spaghetti in breakfast and put some stains on the bed sheets. The house keeping guy came the next day with the bed sheet to show me that stains will not clean and this bedsheets are wasted, they way he talked was a little disrespectful but I let it go.
It's a expensive hotel and they notify these minor things to guest is not worth it, specially guest with families have messy rooms, u have to deal with it

My wife and I stayed in the Makkah Hotel from 01.12.2021 until 07.12.2021. We had a lovely time and the hotel was exceptional - fantastic location. Firstly, the reception staff were helpful, polite and professional. We would like to especially point out our thanks to Mr Majid Al-Zahrawi for making our trip delightful and very welcoming. Furthermore, the rooms were spacious and clean with great service. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food – all delicious! To add, as we travelled during the pandemic, the hotel did a great job to accommodate this with hand sanitisers always nearby, which we found useful. We would really recommend staying at this hotel and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

I booked through a travel agent for February 20–23, 2023. A hotel restaurant employee insulated us on February 21 morning. We told restaurant and hotel staff we wanted to conduct Umrah without issue. We refused to stay another night and asked for a refund and to check out. The hotel refused to reimburse it, but the travel agency accepted it. They also refused to provide any documentation that we checked out, and they said the booking policy forbade it.

I doubt any hotel could check out guest without confirmation!
We moved to another hotel but we are waiting to get back our rights until now!

We really enjoyed well in the Makkah tower in room #61310. Our service man named Mr. Faruq Hossain did house keeping activities in very well mannered, sincere and honest ways. He is so kind to us. May Allah bless him. If available and Allah willing we will again book this hotel. inshaAllah.

No courtesy or proper thoughts of how to deal with customers. This is my second time in the hotel, all the rooms are overrated especially in Ramadan, the only reason I booked here again is the location and access to Haram. Booked a club room with the hope the quality of the rooms will be better, and the quality is better but similar to the other rooms its old dated.

I was having better experience till today. They surprised us that they need to change the rooms due to a VIP visit, there was no courtesy of thinking of informing us beginning of the day at around 11 pm we hear this from them and in a very cahotac way. When we asked them how would the new rooms be and to compensate us and have the choice in the replacement rooms which is our right being asked to leave the rooms this way so late, which in any respectful hotel would've been there offering and suggesion not the guests.

We had to wait for their confirmations for around 3 hrs with us checking back and forth if we really need to change the rooms , with kix messages one being that we need to check out an hour early from the rooms as if it's our especial request or need not there's.

I haven't seen such treatment poor is still higher than what they should be treated. And when you pay for a higher rate rooms you expect better quality apparently this hotel has their own definitions of quality customer service with no care at all !

They really don't deserve the location and opportunity they have running a hotel Infront of Al Haram in Makkah.
