We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and liked the proximity to the grand mosque. However, not sure about the 5 star status. Rooms were short on towels, elevators are terrible and sometimes one has to wait 10 to 15 minutes to get an elevator. Non-smoking floor 21 always smelled l

Hi a family of 5 have booked 3 bed, room, for 2 adults and 3 children, 5, 2 and 4 months old, will the baby get a cot and will there be a charge for it? Do we have to request it before we get there or when we are checking in. Thanks
I think it will not be a big deal, but it's true that their rooms are not that big so having a cot will cut the space. Don't even think about it much, I tell you why. I just got back from Umrah and stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. We have two kids 2 and 6 yr old. When we checked in the room a staff came with a baby cot and was asking if we needed that or had requested for that, but we did not actually. So don't worry about it even before. as your kids are pretty young so better to get youngest in a cot and they will provide you on request Insha'Allah.

Please can you advise what the lunch and dinner rates are per person? We are a family of 5 staying in two separate double rooms. Is there an option at check to upgrade to a double bedroom suite? Are baby strollers and wheel chairs available or do we need to bring our own?
Prices are different depending what you ordering The staff is very good. Ask for managers when you arrive there and ask them to help you with room. They are very accomodating. You will have a good experience
