Stayed here during the hajj period. It's very dated 1-2 star hotel and in is much need of a facelift. There free (slow) wifi in lobby. Positives: good location ~ 8 min walk to haram, food & shops nearby. Negatives: only 4 lifts so very very congested at prayer times, they only give you one room key which is annoying....

My ummrah agencies provide this hotel to our group! Lift service is very bad.. need to wait more than 30 minutes sometimes on peak hours (during near sholat time).. not recomended for elderly ppl. But near to Masjidil Haram...

I was here last week for my Umrah. No major complaints but the hotel is not conducive for big groups. There were 500 pax in my travel group and getting up to the room and out to the mosque was really testing our patient. Nonetheless, the location is Excellent for those with older kids. Not recommended for elderly and young...

The hotel is good. Rooms are cheap and clean and beautiful. Very close in proximity to haram. Next to the Clock Tower. The service was also acceptable. The staff were really friendly and accommodating.

the nearest 3 starts hotel located next to the world clock tower which is 150 meters to the Grand Mosque of Harem. The hotel served Malaysian food with a very friendly staff and equipped with wheel chairs for those who in need. Good place to stay for budget travelers.

On 19th Dec 2014 we(my family of 3 members) decided to go for a Umrah Trip and it was unfortunate that our Tour Operator(Ahamed Tours / Millath Haj Service - Chennai) cheated us by giving this hotel when we were promised for Hilton. Since we wanted to concentrate more on the Pilgrimage and Rituals we agreed to compromise. From the...

This one star hotel is ideally located to Masjid Haram. It is found in Misfalla region some 450 to 500 metres away from the Mosque. It is just behind Hilton Hotel. Some shops and restaurants are just around. However the personnel is very arrogant and not helpful at all. All is done for money.

This has been the hotel that I have stayed the longest ever so far, 33 days from check-in date on the 24th Oct 2011. It was for the purpose of Hajj pilgrimage and the whole building has been chartered by our group, Tabung Haji Travel from Malaysia. To me, the biggest plus point of this accommodation is the proximity to...
