The staff are kind. The man responsible for the elevator was very very kind. He always smiles and greets every guest. The room boy responsible for my room was also very welcome (forget the name, but if Im not mistaken, his name was Muhammad from Bangladesh).
The food? So and so (sorry, I think this hotel needs to provide more dessert and food choice).
The access to the Haram is extremely close, I love it. Besides, this hotel is located above the shopping center (most of them are cheap).
As summary, this place is a great place to stay for everyone who wants to do pilgrimage to Haram.
They are very rude and have no ethics in hotel management.
Our tours were supposed to replace us with another hotel that day, so they told us to wait for notice. Then 230pm, 2 goons like gangsters chased us out claiming we suppose to check out at 12pm. I told them to talk to the agent because booking were made between them and they refused and insist we go out immediately.
I even asked for 30 mins to pack and they refused!
We checked out and I complained to the agent who apologize saying it's a miscommunication. Usually the hotel wont act like this and it's normal to exchange room at odd hours.
I'm extremely frustrated for the hotel management who did this at religious city!
They can just call me at 1130am like normal hotel to inform to check out. And take it out with the agent.
1. This hotel does not provide door mat, so after shower, wet floor all over the place!
2. This hotel only provide 2 towels, eventough we order room for 3-4 people
3. This hotel never clean our rooms, eventhough we stay here for 4 nights, we only had 2 towels and 2 bottles of water during our stay! Unbelievable!
---Since the ajyad road which is in front of this hotel is closed during prayer times so arriving & departing during these times must be avoided at all costs to avoid a lot of trouble, i booked a 4 bed room but when i went there saw two large single beds with duvets & two small singles with blankets since my kids had fur allergy so i requested reception staff to change blankets with duvets, they sent me to housekeeping manager MR MAHMOOD who listened to me then told me politely that "there are only two single beds in each room for which we provide large single single beds with duvets since ur agent booked four beds so we squeezed in two small sinlge bed with blankets as per hotel policy, but leave it to me & i'll try to provide u duvets instead of blankets"...but he did nothing so really shameful service, instead of each room wifi routers are installed in corridors only so if u want to use internet then have to sit right at the room door to use it, very dark colour scheme makes rooms & corridors really gloomy place, rooms have speakers in rooms from which live azaan & prayer is heard, at fajr times when babies are deeply sleeping the loudspeakers suddenly wakes them up...i don't know what kind of service is this to islam?..atleast there should be an option to switch them off if required.
The rooms are extremely comfortable and spacious with basic pantry facilities. Rooms are clean with comfortable beds and pillows. Good and fast response on room service and housekeeping. Fast and free wifi which allowed us to connect easily with family back home.
Excellent breakfast spread with plenty of food... although the kitchen crew could change the menu some times...
Overall, very good hotel and will definitely stay here again during my next visit.
