The hotel is located next to Makkah clock tower in Alsafa tower... Hardly 5 min walking distance to Haram (Abdulaziz gate) The rooms are spacious however the sofas are quite worn out and actually torn at few places Washroom fittings require replacement as they are in quite bad shape Breakfast at the hotel is decent.. Its location makes it accessible... More

Positive: Spacious rooms Good standard of room/bathroom décor. Extensive breakfast Negative: Wi-Fi is restricted to the reception are for 30 minutes per day and barely works. Laughable for a 4* hotel. 1km walk to the Haram, which is OK if you're cool with walking. The route however is flat and direct to the Haram (Ibrahim Al-Khalil road)

This hotel is very nice hotel, but the problem is the distance from hotel to Haram about 900 m. The food quality is not amazing but it's ok . Room service is very good. The staff is helpful. The guys in the reception are amazing and do their best to make you satisfied

I wouldn't give more than a 3* to this hotel. Stayed here with family. Decent hotel, nicely furbished and decorated. Decent buffet breakfast. Got free WiFi not the best service but works. But staff are not helpful, rooms weren't being cleaned. And it is kind of a trek to the masjid. Average hotel nothing special.

The hotel is very good. I definitely would stay again. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. The best thing was the cleanliness, it is extremely clean. It is not the closet hotel to the mosque however it isn't extremely far. The most it take is 10 minutes to walk to the mosque. For the price it is very reasonable.

“The Hotel is 5-7 minutes walk from Haram. The room was quite big with fridge, sofa chair, wardrobe. Three single beds. clean and tidy. The reception area is big and well maintained. There are two blocks A and B. We were in B block which had 17 lifts, working well. The room was quite with no interference.”
