The service is great and the food is so delicious. The location is amazing as it’s in the middle of the shopping malls and the holy masjid which is a great facility. Also the suites are spacious and the facilities in the room are clean and fresh.

The hotel prices in Ramdan are very very expensive, hard to afford it, so I recomend other nearby hotels in Jabal Omar, which also in a walking distance to the holy hatam.

Depends n the size of the bed that is in your room. King size may probably fit 3 adults (if you lay still) and the fourth person can use the couch. Based on previous experiences we were 3 adults and 1 child, the hotel allowed us. But I am not sure about 4 adults. It is safer is you were to call the hotel.

“New 2000SAR (~£400) Umrah visa fee reported for last year’s pilgrims 12 Oct 2017 Hajj and Umrah travel agents have been informed of a new Umrah visa fee by their respective Saudi Arabian embassies. The new policy, thought to be effective immediately, puts an additional 2,000SAR charge (approximately £400) charge on visas for Umrah for those who travelled for Umrah in the last Hijri year (1438). Although travel agencies have been informed by their local embassies, the Ministry of Haj and Umra is yet to make an official announcement. Prospective pilgrims around the world should contact their local embassies to find out if the fee applies to them. The policy is apparently the latest in a string of controversial new measures introduced recently as part of Mohammad bin Salman’s ambitious vision 2030 reform plan, devised to reset the kingdom’s Economic dependence away from oil generated revenue. Recent examples include the hugely unpopular and unaffordable Dependent Fee to be paid for each non-Saudi, non-government employee, a 5% VAT tax to be introduced in coming months and the second recent increase in fuel prices, to name a few. Other recent policies have also been thought to be based on economic incentives, such as a slew of new fines for particular traffic offences, and the recent lift on the driving ban for some women. Sorry this may not be related however can someone tell me how true this is.”

Truly I can't answer your query regarding accommodation size, the suit I took fit perfectly with me & my wife, I'm not sure if they have bigger one, but U can use Booking website..I made all my reservations for the last 5 years. But if U want personality confirm with the Hotel, just wait till end of Hajj . By the 10th of September, things will be quite in Makkah, any hotel there will answer your queries! Good luck.
