We took a group of passengers for umrah. Our first impression was awful, 1 room had the curtain rails hanging off, another room had the toilet seat broken and another room had the window latch broken. Room service was awful, we would always call for room service and no one will come so in the end me and my staff... More

I was their in ramadan 1434. The rooms were small, with unpleasent smell sometimes. The hotel was far from masjed haram and there was no available busses. It took about 15min to reach the masjed. Rooms were clean. Front desk staff were helpful

I stayed at the Ramada Hotel when I went for Umrah. The hotel itself is really nice and well maintained. The rooms are decorated nicely and the bathrooms are in good condition. The only issue we had was the distance from the Haram. For me it was fine but my grandmother found it particularly exausting walking 20-25 mins each way.... More

Assalamuallaykum wa'rahmatullahi wa'barakatu, I visited this hotel for hajj 2012/1433, the hotel is huge and accommodates over 2,000 guests for Hajj. It is located around 10-15 mins walk away from the haram. It has wifi which you can never ever connect to, doesn't matter what time of the night or day you try, in the week I stayed I could... More

Just a walking distance to one of greatest locations on earth about 500m (suitable for those who have no issue in mobility) Staff are attentive and helpful. Meals are within expectations. Overall experience is good.

One of the worst Ramada. No customer service attitude at all. Staff seems not happy. Very expensive compare to the room and services you got. Dont stay at this hotel if you can.
