Absolutely wonderful, clean, quite and cozy place within a few minutes' walk from the main attractions of the city. Kind and friendly personnel. Close to the main sites of Jordan, great place to rest between long tours. Close to the souvenirs' streets, which in my veiw are the best and cheapest in Jordan.

Spent 2 nights here as part of a hiking / sightseeing tour (in a group of 21). Supposed to be 3 star, but I'd say no better that 1.5 stars I don't think anyone in the group didn't have problems with their rooms. A particularly common problem was the plumbing. Many toilets would not flush properly and several of the...

We stayed at the Madaba Inn Hotel for 1 night after returning from Petra. To call it tired would be too kind. We arrived very tired late at night. No all of the lights in the room were working so it was quite dim. The sheets on the bed looked less than white but we just needed to sleep. However,...

The fabric of the building is very worn, with patches of flaky paint, missing ceiling tiles and wireless routers dangling from the ceiling. The window in my room (310) would not close properly and this meant that the room was very cold. No-one seemed to get hot water in the shower during the 2 nights we stayed there. Beds and...

Advantages: Good location near the St George church, free parking, free wifi in the lobby area. Disadvantages: Old furnishings, cold water pressure in the sink was not good (although hot water pressure is ok), walls were stained, towels were stained, and the area around the lobby area stinks of smoke. The seats in the lobby area have cigarette burns. There...

Nice comfortable room except for the shower - or lack thereof. Not enough water pressure to even get the water up to the shower head, although others in the group did not have shower problems to this degree. Otherwise, it was a good location, close to restaurants and attractions. Good breakfast buffet and nice staff.

Our travel agent booked us into this hotel before I read the reviews. When we arrived I expected to see cockroaches in every corner, sewage backing up in the bathroom and dirty sheets with bedbugs. Fortunately, we experienced none of the above. The bathroom was decent, not perfectly immaculate but sanitary. It also had an abundant supply of really hot...
