Staff is very friendly and helpful. It resembles a large home with small rooms and bathrooms. Our wall air con/heater didn't work so they brought a portable blowing heater for the night. Breakfast had a scrumptious variety. Neighborhood is quiet and I enjoyed a morning walk around the clean area. There are two stores selling alcohol across the street.

Salome is right in the heart of Madaba and a small town closer to the airport than Amman. The hotel is very simple and fit all of our needs. The best part was the kindness of the employees and help with our trip organization. We asked in the morning, "Hey, we want to go to the Dead Sea today and...

This is a family run middle of the road establishment. The staff are helpful and welcoming. Some of our group though had issues with cold rooms and cold showers. We had neither. If issues arise management did attempt to rectify them. Our bed and room was comfortable enough and was warm enough and our shower was fine. Breakfast was satisfactory...

If you're visiting Madaba or Jordan generally make sure to book Tawfeeq (centre in photo) at Salome Hotel as your guide. He brought us from the hotel to the Dead Sea, on to Petra and then to Amman. He went out of his way to help us at a very reasonable price. We couldn't recommend him highly enough. Comfortable car...

We stay in madaba as it is super convenient from international airport and avoid to be stocked in Amman traffic. The staff was super friendly and the place clean. The price of each room is totally correct. Madaba has a very interesting church to visit and i will recommand this place to stay.

Hotel was average. Breakfast rather plain and limited. Free Wi-Fi worked well enough. Beds were very soft. Tons of noise at night outside kept me awake often - dogs barking, people yelling, etc. Location is good - a few minutes walk to the town center. It's a budget hotel - don't expect much.

I stayed for 2 nights here. The room was nice, clean and spacious. Breakfast was typical middle eastern and clear up pretty quick after 8 am when there was a big tour group. If you are driving, there are plenty of parking space next to the hotel. There is also a grocery store across from the hotel if you water and...

Things I liked ==================== My room (#28) was on the corner and its windows let in a lot of light. There was a view of the city. I had 2 comfortable beds, and a table and chair. It was reasonably spacious, and I was able to fit my bike and trailer. Two bikes would have been tight but OK. I...

“Each room is unique from another so there is no cookie cutter option. My room #110 had a bathtub and dolphin spout on the sink. It was a corner room so a cross breeze was possible when wishing to open windows for fresh air. View of back parking lot on one side but view of patio garden from the other window.”
