Rumman is a nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff, it is a bit out of the city center but easily reachable on foot. The breakfast was ok, however the hotel was under renovation when we stayed in so a bit noisy... The rooms has a bathtub but you need something to keep the water in :-)

My friends and I stayed at this hotel for a few nights and it was very comfortable and clean. I would stay here again. It was getting cold at night, and the heater worked well and kept us all warm. Internet worked great! Costumer service was great!

this hotel is situated in a rather calm street, but within a 10 minutes walk from the city center. The people at the reception were very kind, helpful and even joking on 1st April :-). They gave us all the information we needed for a pleasant stay in Madaba. The room was nice and the bathroom lovely (with a bath...

The Rumman Hotel staff was very friendly. They explained the city to us, provided a map, and answered any questions. The room was very clean & had plenty of blankets. I thought the bed & pillows were firm, but comfortable. Unfortunately, the heat was not working both nights we stayed. It was quite cold out, so the hotel staff brought...

The heating in the...

Upon landing at the Amman Airport I had very little clue what to do next as the trip was unplanned and spur of the moment. So I trotted on down to the tourism information desk and was greeted pleasantly by a very helpful and informative young woman. She continued to decipher my intentions for the holiday and what I really...

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. After the beautiful warm welcome from the young receptionist we found the clean and well maintained lobby and bedrooms most pleasing. This was everything a good budget hotel should be: no frills but simple, clean, friendly and value for money. We stayed only one night in transit home from Israel but would not hesitate...

We arrived late at night from Amman. 3 adults and a baby. Unfortunately they misunderstood our reservation for a triple room and inside we had only a king sized bed and a crib. Thankfully the staff were quick to react and offered us another room at no extra cost for the 3rd adult in our group. This is awesome service...
