I enjoyed staying here for a conference, but I could see how some travelers may be slightly off-put. The decor was likely fancy a few decades ago. Nonetheless, everything was clean, my bed was huge and comfortable, and I enjoyed the breakfasts. Staff was helpful. The lounge, complete with live singer, was also a bit of a trip! Overall, though,...

The hotel is old and classy, situated close by to shops you can walk to, a couple of malls nearby too. The rooms were big and spacious. No real view from my room but was very comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was great, lots of varieties of breads and cheese, food ordered was well made. Staff were very helpful...

I have stayed in the hotel many times. Its a good hotel. Breakfast is also very good. Some rooms are not that clean. Generally Jerusalem International is a decent hotel to stay and it is value for money.

Were staying in Jerusalem International in October, 2014. The general impression, the level of room service, the food quality are quite satisfying, especially were impressed by the taste of the local cuisine. Just two remarks:1- there were no body lotion in the room and 2- although our booking included breakfast and dinner, every evening we had to pay for tea...

I have travelled 4 months a year for work for close on twenty years now, so know the difference between a good hotel and a bad hotel. This is a bad hotel. There's something almost charming about some of its features, but this facade of old fashioned charm quickly unraveled as I stood for 20 minutes waiting to check in...

This hotel has some quaint rooms with interesting decoration from the 1950's. The old phone in the bathroom added som charm to the place, though the shower drain was blocked when we got to the room. The service is nice and roomservice was ok. In the lobby people stand ready to get you a car or taxi at any time...

I stayed there in December 2013 for 3 days during an NGO seminar organized there. Now this is a hotel that really needs some serious restoration to add a touch of modernity and freshness. It was snowing and the outside doorman wouldn't let the taxi reach the front gate and I had to walk with my luggage in the snow...

This hotel was really terrible. I would not advise anyone travelling to Amman to stay with them.the rooms were really dirty and there is a lack of hygiene everywhere. Had to have cold showers most of the time as hot water wasn't available. The bathroom was filthy with dirt everywhere. The breakfast served was disgusting, everything was cold and bland....

We stayed here in May for a week, first impressions were good as they bought juice on arrival and check in process was good. Helpful staff and good location on the main road. Rooms were outdated, not very clean but on average they weren't that bad which the only reason I have given this a 4 star rating. We were...
