This was part of our package holiday. Lovely Hotel and polite staff. The food in the restaurant was excellent and they made us lovely vegetarian food daily. Nothing was too much trouble. I must mention Ahmed who worked so hard to make sure we were satisfied with the food. Mila was also very good.

This was a last minute booking as we needed a hotel in Amman the evening before our flight home. Everything was excellent - couldn't fault the service. Hotel was spotless and well appointed. All the staff were very attentive and the breakfast was exceptional. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed here just before flying home and it was a real find! The room was lovely, the staff were brilliant and the food was great, especially the sumptuous breakfast. Zahan the Bar Manager is a star! Thoroughly recommended.

I got upgraded; room was 5 star level; bathtube has Jacuzzi built in; electronic shutters; nice furniture; great breakfast; high-speed internet connection, everything perfect except for a water-pump behind the wall that was going on and off all time. Since it is anyhow better to travel with ear-plugs in the Middle East I did not mind too much.

Room was very nice. Breakfast could have had more fresh fruit. Not as close to the town center that I wanted, but it was very nice. When acquiring about a taxi, they called a driver from a travel agent - he was very nice, but it seemed like they forced me to alter my plans to suit their driver.

We arrived here on 26th March from a late flight so apart from a short greeting we had no time to assess this hotel. After a comfortable night's sleep we enjoyed the buffet breakfast before heading out on our first day of tours. Yara, Head of Guest Management was extremely helpful throughout our stay. All staff took the time to...
