The Cham Palace is a pretty cheap option in Amman, but it's quite far from the city centre (and there was always a cab out front and a ride downtown cost us about 5 Dinars). The breakfast is pretty good, the room was OK, the wifi sucked, the lobby is crowded and noisy, the air conditioning in our room didn't...

This was an okay hotel. It was clean, and the room had all of the amenities a travel expects. You share a balcony with the next door guests! I didn't think the location was very close to the usual sights. And there weren't any real restaurants nearby, although there was a convenient grocery across the street. The front desk staff...

I stayed here for 9 days on a work trip. Everything worked really well! The room was nice, clean and large, and the lobby and restaurant area were nice as well. What impressed me most was the super friendly and helpful attitude of the staff. The breakfast was the same every morning, but there were plenty of options. The hotel...

The Cham was a bit tired for sure, lobby nice and check in smooth, but check in/desk staff seemed to lack interest or energy to be helpful and language skills seemed limited for what was a very international hotel in terms of tourist. However we struck two staffers one an attendant/bell hop and one cleaner who were excellent, helpful and...

My wife and I stayed here during that last 2 days of our pilgrimage to the Holy Lands. The rooms are very nice and clean, good free WiFi and helpful staff. The food is buffet style and really does not stand out over any other buffet you get in the Middle-East. There is a nice little Pizza shop right across...

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel, but not consecutively. I loved it. The room was spacious with a sitting room. A bathrobe and slippers were at my disposal. The slippers I was allowed to take with me. A beautiful view of cairo from my window and I was at the end of the hallway so I could go out...

Been there, and stayed 2 days. Reception staff bit non responsive . For example: I required bro take a print out of my return air tickets and found that after 7 pm until 8 am we can't take any printout from front desk and there is no internet connection in reception desk. Food is good and rooms are neat.

The check in was smooth and the rooms are comfortable but the hotel seriously needs an upgrade. The breakfast was average and no labels on the food items - neither at dinner nor at breakfast. Water is not served but is available at 2 mins walking distance at USD 0.40 per bottle. The bathrooms were clean but rooms were just...

The lobby is nice but the rooms are tired and in need of an upgrade. The dinning facility is average to below average.....food is of low quality..not a lot of choices . On our last night there were no servers to take dishes away...so you just pile dishes on a neighbouring table. Charging $7 Cdn for a litre of water...

Easy check in with assistance for luggage marked a good beginning at the Cham palace. The room was very spacious with clean sheets but needs renovation. The temperature console didn't work efficiently and a cold room wasn't too comforting. The quality of toiletries is good and the bathroom with a tub was big enough. The hotel buffets both breakfast and...
