Hotel is very dirty, garbage and cigarettes everywhere, bathroom is disgusting. Owner approached us in a very inappropriate way. He wanted us to come with him to buy cigarettes, because we were tourists and could buy them tax free. We refused, of course. He reacted mockingly so we went pissed off to our room. Electricity was switched off several Times...

It was nothing special and there were not many people staying there but I liked it. The employees were very nice, friendly and helpful. The rooms were good and clean and it was by far the cheapest place in whole Amman. If you are a traveler and you want to safe money, I defenitly would recommend it! I got a...

We had a nice stay in the Hostel. The rooms were clean and the owner was nice (although it was maybe because he was after one of our girls...). But we made good prices for a trip to Wadi Mujib and the Dead sea (probably because of that girl, the owner went with us there). There were some problems with...

My overall experience with the hostel was excellent. The room was offered at a reasonable price, considering the close proximity to various sites and the facility condition. One thing that I particularly like about this property was how helpful the manager Raed Saleh was. There were couple of occasions that I needed help (i.e. late payment, eating recommendation, booking long...

The Bdeiwi hostel got recommended to us from a friend who lives in Amman and knows the owner. The rewievs on a hostel website seemed to be good - an average of 8,7 out of 10 seemed really good. However the reality was beyond what we expected. The hostel is located in a shady street, which is not a big...

I booked Bdeiwi through HostelWorld as it had an 8.7 rating... Lesson learnt to read the reviews more closely. The main staff member who had been working two months at the hostel did his best to help me but so much work would be needed to make the place function. Other guests were friendly and wifi worked pretty well. Location...

We book it teased by a positive reviews and good price, comparing to the score. The reality was absolutely disastrous. As a matter of fact, it was the worst ho(s)tel we slept at during the whole trip. But from the beginning: - the neighbourhood is quite scary. Dark, hard to get by a car if you're not from there. -...

Mold on the roof, stains on the floor, no soap in bathroom, no toilet seat, very dirty. The whole place had a funky smell. Staff was very shady... Manager asked us to buy him cigarettes from the duty free "just 3 minutes away" (actually 30) where he used us to buy 2 cartons of cigarettes, 10 cartons of shisha, and...

Bad wifi, foul odor in room and halls, my bed sheets literally smelt like poo. The owners are friendly (at first?), but he made us do a run to the duty free to ‘buy him cigarettes he can’t get anywhere in town and only ones he can smoke’. Turns out it was for booze and shisha too. Wasted an hour...

I stayed for a week in the hostel. It is worth the price. You have hot water what is really appreciated, the breakfast is composed of various elements with bread, jam, eggs, olives, cheese and tea. The rooms are simple calm. The rooftop gives a beautiful vew on the downtown, with a barbecue, sofa, a tent. And the better is...
