We are a senior couple who just visited Eden House mid June. It is as friendly , helpful and a great value as it was with our visit last year. We completely disagree with the last two entries. Serge goes out of his way to be of service to guests. We think the service is the highlight of the hotel....

I was very disappointed to be shown a street level room that looked like a bare bones apartment that had been converted to a hotel room for the night. There was no sign on the building, no front desk, no lobby, none of the neighboring hotels had even heard of the place, and there was no parking lot to park...

Our hotels have 15 different rooms from each other, and none of them is similar to the other. At the Yemenite quarter, most buildings have ground floor and first floor. The buildings are special because they are more of private houses rather than big city complexes. Your room was in such kind of building, which meant to provide the local...

I had booked a room for 5/12 w/ dep.at 1:30 AM 5/13. Plane late; did not call until 5/7 PM. Told I would lose entire cost of room. Asked if I still was coming. I said probably and arrival would be about 7. Friend called several days later to check in Hebrew. Answer same; would give NO directions! These experiences...

We ask for the estimated arrival time in order to provide an helpful service. We can provide a pick up taxi from the airport, directions by car, public transport and even by foot! From late September we also provide guests with directions in Hebrew for taxi drivers... Of course, a flight can be delayed, which in none of the guest...

Chaim street is where our Eden Blue House is, few minutes walk from where other rooms are. It is also at the heart of the Yemenite quarter and people tends to like it as the market is almost next door, so you never have to worry about getting milk, salads and even Kubbe! (traditional Israeli dish). Some of the signs...

Eden House TLV is a best-in-class guest house in TLV and much more. Wonderful location in the heart of Tel Aviv, near Carmel Market and within 2 minutes from the beach, walking distance to the beautiful area of Neve Tsedek and old Jaffa, creative shopping on Sheinkin street and genuine bauhaus quarter. Rooms design and cosiness so much above expectations....

This, hands down, is one of the few and rare places I totally fell in love with halfway around the world in the Yemenite Quarter of Tel Aviv. Not once did a "they could have done this or that better" thought come into my head once we arrived at the guesthouse. Serge&Michael arranged for a taxi pick-up for us (I...

We were disappointed on arrival to find out that we would have to change rooms after the first night of our four. To be honest this looked like an error from Booking.com - but why would anyone chose to change rooms during a short stay? Both our rooms had a roof terrace, (the first one was quite smart and well...

Our room was probably the worst one available, the air con didn't work properly, the small fridge was so stocked with items for the mini bar that it was a struggle to fit basic items inside, the very small shower room had a wonky shelf that caused things to fall to the floor and their was no lamp in the...

Shalom from Israel! We paid a close attention to your review and would like to response; The cleaners are all ladies who feel attached in person to the guest house. They care for it and they appreciate the work. Even though a person might be in a bad mood, the staff members are aware to separate between personal issues to...
