This hotel hotel has an unfriendly posture. Nowadays, we have wi-fi everywhere for free. In this hotel is free in the lobby, but charged in the room. U$20 per cellphone per day !!!! The refrigerator in the room is locked, so I cannot buy a bottle of water to bring to the apartment. The prices are absurd. Also the fitness...

A good choice for a stay in Tel Aviv as location on the beach and a block from stores and restaurants on Ben Yehuda St. couldn't better. We stayed May 21 to May 27, 2014 and found the hotel service friendly warm and helpful. Clean REMODELED rooms with VERY comfortable beds and direct beach access all contribute to a welcoming...

We ended up spending four nights at the Renaissance in early May. We had originally been booked at a highly rated boutique hotel but after spending one night in a room that was the size of a shoebox, desperately tried to find another local hotel that had availability. The Renaissance was the only hotel that could give us a room...

Stayed mid June and it was excellent! The service was much better than before. Kudos to Karen in the club lounge who was very accommodating and friendly. She was always checking on us and was a pleasure to talk to! The club lounge was great! They served breakfast and fruits, cookies, and cakes through the day. Light dinner was also...

I had a two-night stay at this property, paid for with a combination of cash and points. The comforts provided were much appreciated after an 11- hour trans-Atlantic flight (first night) and an all-day sightseeing trip to the Dead Sea region (second night). I had a standard sized room with two twin beds; it was adequate for two adults. Robes...

.. even if you haven't. It isn't going to offer many surprises but it does its job well enough. Staff all very helpful and seem pleased to be part of their team. In contrast to previous reviews I found no problem with either the availability (a paid addition in the rooms, but free in the Lobby area) or speed of...

After spending 10 days with a tour group, we booked the Renaissance for 3 nights in Tel Aviv to relax on our own. Needless to say, there is so much to do that we did not relax, but were out and about enjoying this beautiful city. This made coming back to the Renaissance each afternoon and evening a welcomed pleasure....

Whether vacationing or for a business trip this is a wonderful place to stay. All the staff are beyond friendly and helpful from the simple things of knowing the second morning at breakfast that you drink tea and not coffee. Word can't describe how impressive the breakfast is with tastes of halva, hummus, cheese, eggs, all sorts of fresh fruits...
