Best hotel in Tel Aviv. Great location, accommodations, amenities, pool, and incredible polite welcoming staff. After you stay one you will never want to sty in an other hotel in Tel Aviv. I think now we have stayed over 50 times.

I have written many TripAdvisor reviews of this great hotel in the past but this review is special because I had the recent pleasure of staying at the David Intercontinental from April 6-April 18, 2017 which straddled the Jewish holiday of Passover. The hotel was 100 percent full for the holiday which could certainly over-stress and overwhelm an ordinary hotel...

Arrived about 7pm after 12 hour flight. When we arrived at the room with the bellman we could not open the sliding closed door. It was jammed shut off the tracks. Given that I was paying a bunch for this King Executive room we Called the desk asking for a different room. I was told it was Passover and no...

The hotel room was dusty, the window had oil marks from people's imprint and hair in the shower. Not to mention the three bedroom arrangement was ghetto and slammed up against the closet not allowing access. The first impression was the arrogance of Dana the receptionist who was super rude and uninviting as my father is the frequent customer of...

This hotel appears to be run by unseasoned hoteliers. The front desk is populated by inexperienced staff bearing "Apprentice" badges. Their inexperience shows, though most are friendly; they just haven't been trained. Within two hours of checking into our room, a strange man walked in unannounced, then quickly scurried out. After nearly 2 hours of investigation, which revealed that the...

This is our fourth visit as a family to this hotel and improvements are clearly visible. IHG status along with Ambassador status is fully recognised. The hotel has improved the WIFI signal which remains good even in the pool area. Bellboys are visible at the entrance and the Vallet Parking is highly efficient and reliable. The hotel is fortunate in...

There are many fine hotels located along the beach strip in downtown Tel Aviv. However the one factor that separates the Intercontinental from its rivals is its superlative service. Though not directly on the beach, the hotel's proximity to both Neve Tzedek and Jaffa is a major plus. The ballrooms and lobby are both immaculate and impressive plus we had...
