The room was a decent size and fit three of us quite comfortably for a double room. Better than the cleanliness and size was the service of the staff who were very friendly and helpful in providing information about getting around the city and things to do.

I'm very pleased with my stay: reasonable price for a room with terrace, delicious breakfast and really great staff - they helped me wherever they could. And the location is perfect for a walk to the waterfront or across the White City.

Pictures of the rooms on TripAdvisor is as-is. The rooms are updated possibly in the last 3 years and have been modernised. However, it's not up to international standards of a 4 star hotel. The building only possibly went through an A&A and was possibly repurposed from a commercial building to a hotel. The structure and layout of the rooms...

We'd reserved a room with a balcony and sea view but we were not expecting the penthouse. It was unbelievable with a kitchenette (complete with fridge, microwave, coffee machine and kettle, plates, knives and forks etc),...

Mercure Tel Aviv is located quite nicely in the middle of the town - you can reach by foot most of the places. The rooms are in good condition in general, only the fridge could work more efficiently. We had a great room from 11th floor with terrace with nice views to the sea despite of new buildings at the...

The hotel was great! The rooms were very clean, not big rooms but fit for couples. Breakfast was very tasty and offered variety of food. The staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful. They also extended our stay till late afteenoon without extra charge. Warmly recomended!
