Rooms are clean, power outlets convenient. The area is rather noisy because of the traffic so don't expect totally quiet rooms. Parking is a general issue in Tel Aviv, free parking is a 10 minute waterfront walk away if you did not get lucky. Breakfast has limited choices but is ok. Overall good value.

Very nice hotel with excellent location in TLV. The staff is really helpful and kind. I definitely recommend this hotel. The room was clean and the size of the hotel is human. The breakfast is also nice. Excellent price-quality ratio for a short stay in the city.

There was nothing particularly charming about this "boutique" hotel. It was pretty expensive for a basic, quite small room. The reception desk staff seemed to look down his nose at us (for being middle aged? not hip enough?). And the hotel has no parking. We had to pay a hefty amount to park overnight at a lot about a block...

Well...Tel Aviv are def beautiful city!I am really in love! The Carlton hotel has an amazing location and gorgeous view!Nice lobby area and good SPA. But,unfortunately...service not that good quality that its actually should be in such level hotels.Stuff are not friendly, slow and sometimes even rude a bit..Not all of them for sure,but... In anyways i really enjoyed my vacation...

The hotel was centric, austere yet modern. It was a block from the beach and to so many restaurants I could not count. I only used it to sleep because I spent all the time visiting all the holy places. The hotel served my purpose which included a nice, centric, and economic place to sleep. I got the beach and...

We got perfect service at 1 a.m. in the night after looking for a hotel room as our Arkia flight was cancelled due to a massive storm and rain in the middle of the night. The concierge was very helpful with different issues.

Arrived for a night in the city. the hotel located few minutes from the lively port and restaurants, and only 3min from Dizengoff. The helpful staff made the difference. The room itself is ok, clean and simple.

A good hotel , very cleaned, with big rooms ,very friendly people at the reception, especially in the afternoon . Only two little problem : the location ( isn't close to the city center ) and the breakfast ( vey poor) , but i suggest it as very comfortable

Loved it and will definitely go back! We liked it that much we went back and stayed another couple of nights! A great location, across from the port with great shops and restaurants. Really clean and very friendly helpful staff!

The Port Hotel where we stayed for one night only was a couple of minutes walk from the beach. The room was clean and the breakfast was sufficient. The only real downside were the staff who appeared indifferent. They were not particularly welcoming or friendly which makes this hotel forgettable. They doula go better if they improved their customer service.
