At the front you will meet nice mangers but at the restaurant you will meet the unkind workers quarreling among themselves during serving food. They are taunting Asian and kind to the western. If you are Asian, consider again to book this hotel.

I stayed for 3 nights with my family. The location is a bit far from downtown. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. I booked this hotel online, I will be pleased with the service. I plan on staying again.

Very small room, dirty. The hotel was full (overcrowded) with young students. Noisy, All the services collapsed, included dining room, laundry. Elevators are very small and slow. Rude personal, specially in the dining room. Friday eve everything was full, noisy and dirty.

I stayed again in this hotel for a night, and I was pleased by the helpfulness of the staff, the delicious breakfast and the spacious room. It is not a new hotel, some facilities are bit outdated, but the staff is very helpful and it is a good choice for people who want to visit places at the (South)West part...

I find the hotel to be good and service staff quite friendly. There was a lot of European travelers and luckily they were the older bunch so it was pretty quiet. The Pool closed early and I think it may be seasonal too?.. We managed to get free wifi as part of the package from the tour company and the...

We stayed in the hotel this last friday with our 3 children. We were placed on the 6th floor, out of over 14, which was fine with us, till we understood the 3 elevators were miniatures and you had to wait long minutes to get in. Friday evening took me over 15 minutes to get into one with the stroller...

This hotel is made for hordes of Chinese tourists and even bigger and noisier hordes of American teenagers on their Birthright Israel trip – they occupy the entire building and make a ton of noise in the hallways and the cafeteria. Once they leave, the food selection becomes minimal, and the internet miraculously gets better. The hotel is run-down but...

Stayed 4 nights. The bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Had trouble with wifi. Staff in hotel were accommodating and friendly. Restaurant was lacking. It was buffet style with limited choices. Salads were not fresh, one choice of bread, and very limited wait staff.

The wifi is not free although stated on the tripadvisor page. The meals are buffet style and pretty good and always include Israeli hummus. The hotel is good for the location within walking distance to Yad Vashem and Hertzl cemetery. One issue was there are only three elevators and many floors so it can take awhile to go up and...
