I am 90% vegetarian and was spoilt for choice at the breakfast spread. As a foreigner I was amazed at the variety and quality of vegetables grown in Israel. I enjoyed the food thoroughly. The rooms were good, but there was no time to enjoy them as we were a group on tour. Would return to this hotel without a... More

Hotel was nice. Staff extremely Kind, understanding and friendly. Eager to help and spoke perfect English. If you don't like cats they do have two that roam the lobby and sit on the reception desk. I only at breakfast but it was good. Your normal Israeli food.

All hotels in Jerusalem, in Israel, are overpriced but at least here you get close to your money's worth. There is no hassle parking (when people park & take into consideration that there many be others who also want to park). The staff are all friendly. The room was clean & the breakfast was ample. This is our 3rd or... More

We were in for a week for a wedding, and this hotel was in a great location for the activities surrounding the event. It is only a few blocks away from a light rail station, so going to visit the Old City and other sites was relatively easy. Our room was just fine for us. Not much of a view,... More

We went to this hotel two families together, first of all this is not a 4 stars hotel , at the top 3 stars. The smell in the rooms were horrible, the carpets dirty. The extra bad for 2 children's were very small even for one kid.the bathroom very small and old. The breakfast was poor . Very very bad... More

When me and my group arrived in this hotel, despite realizing it was far from everything (really isolated) and looking old and dated, we hoped it was going to be a nice experience. We tried out best to ignore some problems but after staying a week that was not possible. The rooms and aisles have a mildew smell that they... More

The hotel is a four star one, it was probably built in the Eighties and it didn't go through major renovations. The room was clean enough, with the bath products and a spectacular view over the city. The staff is nice. The breakfast is amazing, you have all you can expect in Israel. There is a free parking lot. The... More

I come here sometime and of course know the good and bad side of the package. Slow lift system is one of the bad things they can't fix .Everytime a bit of more people around you wait a lot to get the lift to your room or out . All the rest is acceptable although a bit too old and... More
