The period of Pesach its the worst, but they care about us and everyone was comfortable. The room large and a piano in the lobby made a very pleasant atmosphere . Breakfast delighted with so many things that everyone has the possibility to make the best choices.

We came to Jerusalem for 2 days. 2 adults, 1 infant and 1 baby. We took the junior suite. The room was very clean, the staff was very nice and even agreed for early check in and late check out without charge. The parking is limited so it's better to come early. Breakfast was very good.

Located in the quiet and luxurious Rehavia neighbourhood, and after read the hotel's website, I expected quite a lot. And was disappointed. First night in the dining room: The waiter began at a quarter of an hour before closing the buffet to really loudly remove the plates and the glasses, so that we couldn't talk anymore at the tables. Next...

We were very pleased by our stay at the Prima Royale. The location is excellent: central but on a quiet side street. The staff, including Saha at the front desk, are polite and helpful. The building is clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet has great variety. The rooftop terrace is a great bonus for views of the city. The...

Nice hotel. Good beds. Clean, but small bathroom. Not much space in rooms but beds comfortable. Breakfast very good with a piano performance each morning. We were on a tour so didn't need transportation but somethings within walking distance. Nice rooftop bar. Bartender very slow but drinks reasonable in price.

Arrived here after a long flight and bus ride from Tel Aviv. Comfortable room, abundant buffet. Gluten-free friendly. Be sure to lock up your valuables. Two people in our party of twenty had small things taken from their rooms (vitamins and costume earrings).
