We stayed here with a study tour of 50 people and all were positive about the hotel. We arrived Friday evening and the Shabbat dinner was amazing, the array of food at the buffet was second to none. Lots of tour groups and also Jewish family groups celebrating Shabbat in their own way which we felt added to the experince,...

The hotel was beautifull , the rooms were clean and comfortable. The Air conditioning was okay once they fixed the lack of coolness in the room. TheLobby was nice place to hang out in the evenings after we got back from our day Trips. The service was okay.some of the staff were not helpfull. they just could not be bothered....

We just returned from 5 days at the Grand Court. It's a beautiful hotel with good transportation to the rest of the city. Our room was spotless, large and comfortable. They started putting those little tubes of soap & shampoo in the bathroom the day we arrived. The food was great in the lobby & breakfast was super. The staff...

Aside from the lack of amenities like the shampoo and shower gel in a shower dispenser our stay was fantastic! Room is very comfortable. Lobby is stylish. Breakfast is large but the dinners are outstanding. Will definitely recommend to anyone.

This title was the comment from my 17 year old son as we walked into the lobby. We travel all over the world and he was totally impressed with this hotel from the moment he walked in. My husband and I led a group from our church to Israel recently. This was one of our hotels. It had lovely accommodations...

Stayed here recently for a couple of nights with tour group. It was decent and had free wireless and computers in the lobby. Breakfast and dinners were buffets and okay althought the food seemed to be pretty much the same from day to day but we found that was typical everywhere in Israel that we stayed. The half glass shower...

We enjoyed our stay at the Grand Court. Nice room. Good service. Great food, including delicious desserts. The main thing we did not like was our shower door and the fact that the pool was not open in the evening when we got back from our tours of the city.

This hotel caters to tour groups. I don't have a problem with that as long as the hotel has the infrastructure and manpower to house and serve all guests. I am usually very easy to please; but our group was hit with a double whammy when we arrived at this hotel. Not only did we arrive on the eve of...

The Grand Court is in a fabulous location for walking to the old city, and within walking distance to the new Rapid Transit. Excellent breakfast! Desk staff could have been a little more cheerful! Too bad that the pool closes at 6:00 p.m.

Grand Court was a good hotel, good enough breakfast and just a few blocks walk to the Old City. If you don't mind big tour groups this is a great place. Even with the tour groups, it was quiet during the day, and even during processing times, things seem to run smoothly. Rooms are clean and in good repair, pool...
