The Grand Court was a modern, clean , comfortable hotel. It was a short taxi ride to the Old City but there was a light rail station close by. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room size was adequate but a bit cramped for 3 people. The food was served fresh and with a great selection to offer something...

I stayed here for 5 nights on a tour of Jerusalem and it was clean and comfortable. We had a buffet breakfast and dinner daily with lots of fresh choices. There was something for everyone and kosher foods also especially on the sabbath. There was a gift shop in the lobby which had a nice selection of souvenirs and essentials...

One of three modern hotels in a row in east Jerusalem. You are a short distance from the old city and the hotel has modern rooms with excellent buffet breakfast and dinners. The hotel gym is small and the equipment is basic and, at times, broken.

We came here for famely birthday last Shabat. The location of the hotel is great, two minets from the light train station. The hotel is very clean. The rooms are large and clean. Custoner service is fast and great. Modern style hotel. There is free wifi. The food was excellent. For sure we will come back staying in this hotel.

Very good location for old and new Jerusalem. The hotel is very busy. The rooms are large and quiet. Customer service is great. A front counter staff member spent half an hour fixing a sim card on my phone and got it to work. Food is good. There is free wifi. Lots of outlets, a/c works, and the bed is...

The location of the hotel is an easy 5-10 minute walk to Damascus Gate of the Old City. There isn't too much in the way of restaurants immediately close by but many are still within walking distance. There is also a Light Rail Transit just around the corner from the hotel that we used. The area feels safe and you...

Excellent location, food and bar was lively. Came here for birthright and it was the best place that we stayed. It is close to the market and a short drive to the old city. I plan on coming back and staying again

Excellent! Food is great. Customer servicing is superb. Even the Chef goes out of his way to make customers happy. I highly commend Firas Hawa, and his associates, Tariq Hiji and Ameer. They were just so good to us. We very much enjoyed our stay. THANK YOU GRAND COURT HOTEL! YOU ROCK!

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in December 2016. The heat was broken. When we complained, they fixed it. The cleaning staff smoked in the room. When we complained they told us they will spray the room, right before we were going to bed. This was unacceptable. It seemed that the room hadn't been cleaned for ages. We...
