Everyday and every request was met with a positive and enthusiastic response....I don't think I ever could be more satisfied in our group hotel selection. The staff even prepared our breakfast earlier than regularly scheduled one day due to a planned tour. The housekeeping staff was very thorough and expeditious....they even folded our clothes. It appeared as though many staff...

Having stayed at Christmas Hotel before, I knew I'd be well catered for. The management know how to make a traveller comfortable! The food was spectacular as was the service both in the restaurant and the hotel in general. Our room was very comfortable. The garden area lovely for pre-dinner drinks. I heartily recommend this hotel, which is very close to...

We stayed in this hotel for four nights with a small tour group.Food was good, and the chef went out of his way to ensure one of the group who required a gluten free diet was catered for. We had a choice of soup and salads then a selection of chicken, fish dish,or beef with vegetables, rice and potatoes. It was...

We have visited this property five years ago and it was in a need of upgrading then. Our room on second floor was tiny with two single beds. TV needed two remotes to operate, no safe in the room, but downstairs in the reception. Food for breakfast and dinner less then average. Free wifi. Staff was very nice and helpful.

The last 4 nights of our tour of Israel were spent here at the Christmas Hotel, what a good choice. The rooms were well equipped and comfortable, the food was excellent, the staff went out of their way to accomodate. I understand this place is family run - it definitely felt that way, professional but very caring.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights as part of a Christian pilgrimage tour. The rooms were spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. Lighting in room was a bit dim and the only safe deposit box was not in the bedroom but downstairs in the lobby. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Buffet meal was acceptable but...

Stayed here for 4 nights. There is good wifi which you do not have to login to each time. There is an issue with available plugs in all hotels in Israel so you need to decide which light you can do without. European adapters work in all 4 that I stayed in. Room itself was quite dated and smelt of...

I stayed for six weeks in Jerusalem for work spread across three different locations. For an extended stay such as this the Christmas Hotel was absolutely wonderful because of its friendly and welcoming staff and service. The food is very good and the location is amazing. The rooms are a little bit small - to be expected for such a...

As a frequent traveler to Jerusalem for over 25 years, I have stayed at the Christmas Hotel since the 1990s with tour groups as well as on personal business trips. A great renovation to a boutique hotel was completed about 5-6 years ago making it an excellent choice. The hotel boasts plush carpets in each room and a small elevator...

Situated about a 10 minute easy and safe walk from the Damascus Gate, this hotel is well located to explore the old city. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was at the back and had a nice view over the blossoming trees in the courtyard. It was fairly quiet, although a friend who had a front facing...

“302 only has one other room on the floor so it would be quieter than the second floor where you could be kept awake if you had noisy neighbours. The room does smell of smoke however.”
