Wow. On a trip where I stayed at approximately 10 different hotels, ranging from $60-$400, this was by FAR my favorite. What warm, welcoming staff!!! Nothing was too much trouble, from changing money, to giving transportation advice, to giving chilled water. Cannot rate this place highly enough. Everyone spoke wonderful English, and the hotel itself was easily recognized by 3...

This is, by far, the best costumer service that I ever had. First of all they did my check in at 9am (no, it's not wrong...) because I arrived at this time after a night flight and I was exhausted. Then, during the time that I was there I was treated so well, really good. Also, the breakfast is really...

This hotel has exceeded my expectations in terms of quality. When I found out it was in the Arabic side I was quite concerned, but I must say it was a very good choice. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and big enough, and the Breakfast is good. Hotel has free wi-fi connection which is...

I have research before booking at the national hotel, Jerusalem for Quality, service, location and price. This hotel has exceeded my expectations. We reserved two rooms because of the kids which made it very convenient. Staff is me very courteous and helpful. Having made many visits to Israel this was the first time we stayed here and were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and comfortable, the food was good and the location was ideal for visits to the Old City. The price was very good compared to some of the nearby big hotel groups. One notable feature was the excellent attention...

This hotel despite being some distance away from Damascus Gate is excellent value for money. The rooms are nice and big, very clean and have good amenities - very good shower! The staff here are incredible, and always happy to help. Mohamed in particular was extremely helpful, his English is superb and he also assisted with the planning of my...

When I booked this hotel, I did not realize the difference between East and West Jerusalem. This hotel is in the Arab section (East Jerusalem), just north of Damascus Gate. The hotel is convenient to the old city, has free parking and free wifi, a nice breakfast terrace with an omelet station, and friendly staff. The nearby streets are narrow...

A once grand hotel in decline. Bizarro world electrical outlets. A series of unlabeled switches in addition to key card required to make outlets work. I was reduced to carrying a table lamp from outlet to outlet to test whether they were live. No problem in the bathroom, no outlet. We returned from a very hot day to discover the...

Loved this place. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was great at breakfast and in the evening. Comfortable room, good WiFi. Close to the old city of Jerusalem, the Herod Gate was about 5 minutes walk. Free Parking ( this is behind the hotel in a manned carpark, not on the street). Price was good. The hotel...
