The location was perfect - walking distance to the old city and close to lots of restaurants and bars. The room is clean and comfortable, the breakfast was great. Jerusalem is quite expensive and this hotel is good value for money.

This was a very nice hotel on a great location nearby the old city! Staff was very friendly and willing to help guide us through the city. Rooms were clean and smelled really nice! Breakfast was great and I would go here again if I ever needed to visit jerusalem again.

It is very near to the old center, but is a quite zone. It is close to lots of restaurants and bars that offer happy our. The room was perfect, although the bath was quite small. The breakfast was also very good, but we eat the same for 3 days (omelet with fresh salad). The bad thing was only the... More

I was positively surprised, very professional and nice reception team, very helpful staff. Room is clean, big and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel located in the center of Jerusalem, closed to old city. Only one negative point: internet worked very bad.

Very well located hotel in the centre of Jerusalem and a 10 minute walk to the old city. Room was everything we needed (though our first room was a bit shoddy but we were moved without fuss) Our new room overlooked the neighbourhood bars so it did get noisy but we'd rather be in the centre of things than miles... According to their website this hotel played a role in the events surrounding Israel's independence in 1948, but you would not suspect that given the now bland, modern interior. And the Smart Hotel chain that owns the hotel painted their slogans on the walls, which to me looks kind of tacky and more befitting a hostel. My room was comfortable,... More

On our Israel tour in september 2016 we stayed at Jerusalem Inn Hotel for one night. The Hotel is situated one block away from Yaffo Street and close to the Old City of Jerusalem. The Staff is nice and helpful. The rooms are small but modern. You might be bothered by noise from the nearby restaurants, but it's only people... More

The location is a minute walk from yaffo. That way you can enjoy proximity to city life and still enjoy a quiet nights sleep. The staff were extrememly friendly and helpful, they even upgraded us because there was no booking for that room, so "why not"? We had a gorgeous view onto the "busy city" and we could sit on... We enjoyed our time in this hotel as it was near the Old City, restaurants and the light rail. The rooms are small and its noisy, but that didnt bother us. Would stay here again. Breakfast was in another building, 3 minutes walking distance and was worth walking for. Would stay here again.
