The hotel located in the very centre of Jerusalem, in three minutes of walk to Jaffa Street, in 10 minutes of slow walk to the New Gates of the Old City impresses with sincere hospitality of people working there and their readiness to help in every situation. The rooms are cosy and clean, quiet enough for rest after a long...

Great location near shops, eating places, train station in jaffa street and within walking distance to the western wall. The rooms are clean and quite cosy my only concern is that my window was facing some patio/courtyard of the next building. This means i had to keep my curtains closed for privacy. Breakfasts are monotonous...rolls, fried egg, salad, butter, cheese,...

I stayed at Jerusalem Inn for 3 nights. They offered me a room on the roof top which next to the terrace I could relax with books in the evening. The room itself is bigger than I think. It has on bed room and small kitchen. Even it has only an eclectic pot, plates, utensils, and a refrigerator. That's enough...

Very well located hotel has really helpful staff which can take care about guests not only at place but also out of hotel. They take responsibility of their guests and try to help in various areas. Don't hesitate to ask about any tourist destination and the way of access. They will choose comfortable and safe transport.

Initially I was not so happy when I saw the location and the room. But then I found out that the room was small and convenient. I was most of the time on the road. Breakfast was in another hotel which belongs to the Smart chain. Very good breakfast. I liked the ambiance: on shabbat mix of locals and foreigners....
