When my daughter and a school group booked into hotel she wanted to use to bathroom on reception floor level and there was no toilette paper, or paper to dry her hands and the appearance of bathroom was disgusting and smelly. Later she asked for an extra towel and 2 days later still nothing. They did not replace tissues or...

As a family of five, staying in Jerusalem for a week, we booked three rooms, (2 superior double and 1 junior suite) and so had sufficient time and variety of experience to evaluate this hotel well. It is sadly very mediocre. The rooms are OK, they have the basic necessities of hot water, comfortable beds, storage, etc. The rooms and...

Overall experience was very good, apart from having to request 4 times for hangers to be put into room (there were no hangers at all on arrival) and therefore couldn't unpack properly until day after we arrived! Also, would have been useful to know that safe in room required a magnetic card to lock/unlock (not the room keycard) and we...

The hotel is also next to Prima Park Hotel and Ramada Hotel which were all on the conference shuttle route. JGH is also an easy 10 min walk to the tram station (costing 5.80nis one...

I called 2x prior to leaving from U.S., was told there would be a double bed. There was not. They put 2 beds together the next day with some sort of pad over it. Clean, affordable, great exercise, breakfast, great locale if you have a car because of its accessibility to highways. FYI- The heating is controlled by the thermostat that says that it's air conditioning (which I assume it controls as well.
