My visit to Jerusalem has been thouroughly enhanced thanks to the lovely stay I've had this time at the Jerusalem Garden and Spa Hotel, close to the modern metro getting you in no time around the main points of interest in the city. My special thanks to Mr. Akram, at reception and manager of the hotel who very kindly allowed...

This might have been a nice hotel when it was last refurbished (probably 18-20 years ago) but now it's worn out. The room was dirty, the sheets were stained and the furniture chipped and marked. Upon complaining at reception that the carpet had mud and dry leaves everywhere, nothing was changed. Sound isolation is terrible. It's basically as if having...

Good value for money. Room spacious and clean although wall-to-wall carpet near bathroom door was soaked wet. Public areas were neglected and worn out. Corridors dark and unfriendly, starirway dirty. Breakfast OK. Noisy till 23:00-24:00 beacause of loud music- wedding - function hall. Car access to front door very inconvenient and not enough parking. Had to park outside and pay...

Been there as a couple, very quite and relaxing. Enjoyed the stunning view of Jerusalem after a delicious meal. Swim in the pool (inside and outside), take a few minutes at the sauna, and don't forget to keep up the work in the gym. Thank you for the great service and a good break for relaxation.

I was staying here a couple of times in my capacity as a tour guide. The place offers everything you need in a hotel. Simple - not fancy. For people with a limited budget it's a good place to go. It's in walking distance from the Central Station (I walked there once with my suitcase!) and the light train, so...

We spent 10 days in this hotel this spring. First of all, the breakfast buffet was great and very diversive. But unfortunately the service, especially the reception of this hotel was the total opposite: When having questions, about tours roads or anything else concerning the hotel, these were answered 85% of the time with "I don't know". For example, there...
