The rooms are old and dirty, the service is deplorable. The hotel dining room is terrible and the breakfast is really really bad!
The only positive point is the proximity to Ben Yehuda Street. But there are other options of good hotels around.
I have been touring Israel off and on for 22 years.
If you want to one block from Ben Yehudah Street (very desirable) and within walking distance (or light rail) of the Old City Arab Quarter-Armenia Quarter/Jaffa Gate entrance - this is a great location....More

Saturday night you are in the middle of the action - for shopping/food, etc
Culturally - you are near old city for Shabbat Walk & close to churches/synagogues/etc

The only good thing in this hotel is the location. The hotel is very dirty. There were lots of Chinese and Russian guests. It seem the it’s a hotel to travel groups.
