Stayed for 6 nights in October 2014 during Sukkot. Convenient, comfortable and spacious and close to shopping and within reasonable walking distance to Old City. Front desk staff was extremely helpful and accommodating.

Since the Shabbat is so close, I'd personally suggest reserving now, then checking up when you arrive at the Shamai Suites.
