I stayed at this hotel for three nights earlier this week. It is well situated and generally very well run. Yes, there are occasions when the staff can seem a little "off-hand", but that's quite normal in this part of the world and should never be taken personally. Room was very clean and had all the facilities I expected. Breakfast...

Dear jon5, What a joy it was to read your kind words! Thank you so much for sharing. We're so happy when guests truly appreciate all that the hotel has to offer, from comfort and service to location and views. It would be a pleasure to welcome you back again and we'd remind you to join the e-dan club (unless...

I found the Dan Boutique quite nice but it is a good 20 minute walk to the old city . We would take a taxi or the bus into town. We did find Jerusalem to have a great bus service, which made moving around inexpensive and easy. They also offer a fantastic array of choices for the breakfast which is...

Dear KITTYCOL, Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts of your recent stay with us. We were pleased to read that you enjoyed our Israeli breakfast and that you felt comfortable at our Boutique hotel. Indeed, the hotel is located in a central location, close to shops and restaurants and not far from the Old City; additionally,...

I stayed at this pretty nice hotel for my wedding at Chan of Jerusalem, just across the street. In general we had a great service and enjoyed our stay a lot. We received the 2 nights stay as a present from our parents, so were a little bit offended when approached by the reception and asked to give our credit...

Great location, nice rooms, but over all, the staff is very helpfull. We forgot our Blackberry at the hotel and are back to our country. But the hotel staff (Mr Perez) is organizing the transfer of the phone to our adresses in Turkey. This is service. I recommend the airport schuttle that Dan Boutique suggested. You shall foresee between 15-30...

I was disappointed by the poor front desk treatment that we received. When we arrived, there was one reception clerk at the desk, and we waited patiently until he processed the group ahead of us. When we spoke to him, he acknowledged that our booking was registered; however, unfortunately, our friends' room was not. He suggested that the four of...

Stayed here as the reviews were so good. I paid more for this hotel than the 5 star Dan Hotel in Jerusalem which is on Mount Scopus and has a swimming pool as I wanted to be more central. The hotel was good as the Dan hotels are but the location in my opinion was awful. I like to be...

The Dan chain know their business. Their flagship hotel, the King David, is on my short list for best hotel in Israel. The Hotel has a great location, very friendly and professional staff (kudos to Teddy and Nora at reception), great food and 5-star rooms.

Sam W said it well, and I can add little. The breakfast is the best that I have ever had in Israel and that says a lot. The rooms are quiet, clean and well appointed. The staff do a great job. There is free internet in the lobby, but not on the rooms. Connection in the lobby is good, but...

First thing for me is the bed. The DB had a king size, comfortable bed, plenty of pillows, clean linen, nice big towels. Second, they had a complimentary bottle of mineral water and chocolates. Nice touch. Every morning, a newspaper on my door handle. Nice buffet breakfast. From Yassin to Etan and the rest of the staff, my stay was...
