It is a very luxurious hotel with awful service and very bad staff presence, the room was very dirty, they put some fruit for you to consume it, and I never touch it and in 3 days the room service didn't touch it also because when I rolled it it was rotten. The plates, the silver, the glasses and cups...

Nice quiet relatively small hotel in walking distance to Ben Yehuda St, and old city. Rooms were comfortable--ask for corner room with two windows. Otherwise rooms seem small. Breakfast buffets were excellent.

If you are looking for 5 star in Jerusalem there is a big leap from the Inbal to the next tier of hotels. The Inbal is the older hotel apart from the King David. It is well situated, walking distance to old city and new. Breakfast is great. If you stay at the Inbal take the breakfast inclusion as this...

The hotel is luxury in a small package. The hotel is a ten minute walk left to Mamilla and a ten minute walk right towards the old railway line and Emek Refaim where there are coffee shops and eateries. Next to the hotel is a beautiful Park to take walks. Was a magical stay which I hope to repeat again.

The Inbal was a very nice hotel. It was in a very good location with several restaurants near by. Our room was large and comfortable with a couch. The staff were very warm and helpful. The breakfasts were excellent with so many choices. I would definitely stay there again.
