I stayed here while on my first trip to Jerusalem. Great food, room and staff. The business lounge was always clean and stocked well. Housekeeping did a great job every night cleaning and restocking my room. It was a pleasant surprise to receive fresh towels, washcloths and chocolates on my pillows every night! You must try the chocolate molten muffins...

This was my second time visiting this hotel. It is in a great location where you can easily walk to the Old City, Ben Yehuda Street, and the First Train Station. The rooms were clean and a very nice size. If not staying on the club level, ask for entrance into the lounge for beautiful views of the Old City.

The hotel provides all the amenities by way of a very friendly staff. It is exceptionally welcoming for children during holiday periods. There is an extensive renovation and expansion project now in process. Check whether they will affect pool or fitness center when you plan to come

The hotel was very accommodating. The food was delicious and plentiful. It was a beautiful way to spend shabbos in Jerusalem. The hotel is in a great location. The rooms were not ready when we arrived but they stored our luggage for us so that we could begin our day. They did the same at the end, when we checked...

If you stay at the Inbal, make sure to work with Yael Zins Revah, the Guest Relations Manager . She gives you undivided attention and superior help with your questions. She sat down to give me walking directions to Machaneh Yehudah, and was very personable. I appreciated her friendliness and availability and felt like I had someone I could rely...

We chose this hotel based on a friend's recommendation that it had the best breakfast buffet she'd ever seen -- and she wasn't wrong! The Inbal is currently under construction, but we didn't encounter any noise or other disruption. Rooms were huge for a major city and the staff was friendly and very helpful. We ate at the restaurant one...

I have stayed at this hotel for approximately 20 years. They continually work to improve both the staff and the hotel itself. They are currently renovating the rooms and adding two floors and redoing the swimming pool. The views of the old city and the valley are beautiful. There is an executive lounge with very tasty food, including gluten free...

My inlaws are staying at the inbal and we went over to spend the morning. Their pool was nice and heated and the kids enjoyed running around and causing mayhem as usual.
