The New Imperial is ideally located inside the Jaffa Gate in the the Old City of Jerusalem. Mr. Dajani, the owner, and his family and excellent staff, will make you feel at home from the time you check in. The free breakfast spread is remarkable, and we actually took a video of it (it is too big to take in...

Right at Jaffa gate. What better way to explore the Old City. Having a room right here made it to much more enjoyable because taking a rest at base is always available for any member of your party. I loved that. Each one of us could do what we want and not inconvenience any other. Walid was charming, always filled...

I really disliked the owner, Walid, and I will never stay in this hotel again. I was coming by car and sent an email to the owner asking for some directions on how to find parking. I didn't get any reply. One of my friends kindly offered to show me places in Jerusalem, but he couldn't stay for the night;...

Loved my stay here, the building is full of character. First of all the location is unbeatable. The room was really clean with a nice view out of the window. The buffet breakfast was good and had tonnes of variety

Stayed here for a few nights, the hotel is in the best location and the place is really nice and clean and everything you could ask for in a hotel. Only problem was the street is so noisy and we were woken up everyday at 6:30 but can't do much about it

The room was clean, and comfortable. With a small shower basin and toilet. It was a very interesting building. One of the oldest in Jerusalem. A lot of history ... with a staircase thet ends in the middle of floor and ceiling!!!! Lost of carpets lying around everywhere with a lot of Mona Lisas smiling at you from almost every...

While this is an older building in need of some major upgrades, I would recommend it highly for anyone seeking a good value and a great location. Just inside the Jaffa Gate, the hotel gives you convenient access to both new and old Jerusalem, with the Church of the Holy Sepulcher being a 5 minute walk away. The owner and...

I stayed for a couple of nights together with my partner. The room was small, the toilet and shower was certainly not designed for fully grown scandinavian viking, it was if possible even smaller. None the less we really enjoyed our stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. The proprietor is a very nice man. During our stay Jerusalem experienced...
