Even so the Hotel is located a little outside of the old town, you can easily reach it by train (slow walk 5 minutes to the station). The ticket can be drawn by the ticket mashine. It is one station to the Central Bus Station and only 7 Stations to the Dmascus Gate. The station at the hotel is called...

We stayed in the Prima Park for 3 days was all perfect, we didn't had any complain about anything, food is good, clean rooms and good service, just one of the employees in the reception wasn't nice, all the rest were great. I would choose this hotel again for my stay in Jerusalem

We just stayed here for three days as part of a tour. Upon arrival we found no towels in our room. This was fixed. The hotel restaurant was good. Nice variety of food. The staff at the front desk is another matter. We tried several times to ask questions and the staff was quite rude. On the evening of our...

The best hotel of my tour around Israel. Great service, tasty food, clean rooms, nice decorations all around the hotel, a lot of variety of wine. and good location and tram station next block that can take down town or the old city

I know that reviews from the customers help other people a lot. This time a have a dual feelings about the place. If you want to enjoy the city itself then this is a good choice. Good value. That would be my guess. If not then probably I'd say no to this place. There was this reception guy Osama who...

Fair motel by European standards, poor by US standards. Very utilitarian. Very convenient to the light rail. Don't expect much from the room. Coffee and fridge are nice amenities but you have to be severely depressed to want to spend any time in the room. Breakfast buffet fair-good.

Just recently stayed at this hotel with Gate one. Rude from the opening moment, .. they had no water in the hotel or at the bar. it was suggested to me I should go shopping for a bottle of water at a store in the neighborhood. (yes that's what they told me) When I ask for directions to the rail...

I stayed here on a Gate1 tour. This was definitely the low point of the trip....everything else was great but this hotel, especially the food and staff, would cause me not to be able to recommend the trip.

While the hotel is well situated to the Old City and other locales it could do with some renovations/updates. Was here with a Gate 1 tour group so didn't have choice of hotel. The twin room I was in was small and relatively clean, but the blanket/comforter was slight stained as was the towel. I didn't try the tv, but...
