Prima Park is a hotel geared towards large tourist groups rather than individuals. It's next to two other large hotels, and there is virtually nothing within walking distance. No coffee, no restaurants. It is, however, very near a light rail station, and so you can easily get to the shuk and the Old City. The hotel itself, however, is nothing...

This is my first visit to Jerusalem, so I do not know if this is a typical hotel or not. The room, while dated, was a good size and clean. It was relatively quiet. The shower had ample water pressure and instant hot water. We were there for four days and found only one employee to be helpful and friendly....

We left the Prima Park Hotel early from Petah Tikva to be able to be on time for the tour so the breakfast wasn't open when we left. We asked these guys to let us eat since we didn't do it at the other hotel (which we obviously paid for) and they said no, then ended up, charging us for...

We were in a big group, we have a nice welcome for the group by Alladin. Dinner was really nice, lot of options, the only bad thing is that everyday is the same dessert, in the 4 days there nothing change in the dessert. Clean rooms. good service overall. Bar not really professional cheap drinks, only red label, etc... But...

We recently traveled to Jerusalem and spent 3 nights at this hotel. We greatly enjoyed our stay. The staff members were very efficient and flexible. One gentleman named Osama was extremely helpful. We are very grateful for his patience and assistance.

This was my first experinece in the Middle East, and in the Prima Park Hotel I feel many things welcoming, such as the attention provided by Mr. Majdi in the lobby office, he was very nice and approachable, he offers many good suggestions in money, security and other tips. My feeling is that in general staff is not interested in...

This was an excellent place to stay in Jerusalem. The reception desk staff were wonderful, the room very comfortable and clean, and the location is great - walk around the corner to the light rail that goes to the shuk, Old City, etc, or walk up the street to the central bus stop for trips all over Israel! Best sandwich...

I had a one-night stay at the Prima Park Hotel. The staff was very nice, welcoming and offered a good service. Since I had to leave very early in the morning, they even prepared a breakfast box for me to take with me. Check-in and -out was flawless.
