Nice hotel With clean rooms and good shower. Very nice and helpfull people. Good place near all interesting places in Jerusalem. Hotel Palatin is a good choice to stay for a short or longer time. Near by the lightrail and busses to all directions in Jerusalem.

My experience at Palatin was great. The gentleman at the receptionist desk 'Shlomo' was very kind and accommodating to many questions that I had including: places to eat, places to visit, buses and public transportation that I could take to get to where I wanted, etc. They will also help you by booking tours and reservations. They also booked my...

It is an old hotel and these days a little faded and basic. BUT! It was clean, cosy and warm in the Jerusalem winter. Built in 1936 when King Edward VIII was temporarily on the throne. Just a few metres away is the famous street that proudly bears the the name of his father, George V.

In the tourist area, 10 to 15 minutes walk to Old Jerusalem. Coffizz coffee shops around - fixed price coffee and drinks, Moshiko take away just a few minutes away - Sharma and Falafels - went there every evening! Marzipan baker just up the road, as well as the big market.

I have spent 3 nights there with my grilfriend, very good location, very good breakfast, nice and helpful stuff. Hotel is in center so sometimes you can hear noises from street, during night as well. We were during winter the rooms were warm :)

I had an overnight weekend stay at the Palatin and now understand the large range of views in Tripadvisor ratings of the hotel. The good can basically be summarized in two points - the location and the staff. The location is brilliant - right in the thick of the action of downtown J'lem. However, and I was not affected by...

Great locstion. Nice breakfast buffet. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Getashi was very helpful in the evening. Shlomo went far beyond being helpful and very friendly.. The surrounding area is loud but that's to be ezpected at a downtiown location. The only issue would be there is no elevator. Luckily we were on the second floor. I mention this because...

I'm very surprised by the 4 star reviews here... the room we stayed in was absolutely unclean and dirty, with no sheets on the blankets and mold type stains on the walls and floors. I am a young traveler and am usually fine with whatever room, as long as there's a clean bed and pillow. I've stayed in plenty of...

The staff was quite nice, they smiled and helped when they could. The location is great and walking distance to the old city. But the comments here are misleading, the hotel is extremely dirty and unkept. The sheets had spots on them and even hair, we had to ask for a sheet because the blanket didn't have one. It's not...

I loved every Monet of being at Hotel Palatin. I was welcomed by Shlomo, who was very warm and loving and from that moment, I felt right at home. Shlomo is absolutely wonderful, and made my stay at Hotel Palatin wonderful. Very friendly and helpful- I knew my way around Jerusalem in a few minutes!🌟 Yuri at front desk was...
