We just returned from 9 nights at the King Solomon Hotel. we have stayed there in the past and very much appreciate the location. You can easily walk to the Old City, Center of town, Machane Yehudah marketplace and Emek R'faim, with its bustling street cafe culture. Yo can also walk to the Jerusalem Theater .City buses are close by....

King Solomon hotel is located in a very pleasant part of Jerusalem in a walking distance from the Old City. The building of the hotel is not new. Some parts of it show age, including rooms and elevators. However, everything is functional and works well. The staff at the hotel seems to be very friendly, professional and helpful. The best...

True, this hotel has seen better times: the pillows and mattresses need to be replaced, the furniture needs some refinishing, the toilets are a bit outdated. But the location can't be beat, the staff is helpful and attentive, the food is good and plentiful and the towels are nice and thick. Most of all, the price is amazing for this...

The King Solomon Hotel is very well located. You can walk to the Old City of Jerusalem or many places nearby. Don't forget to stop at the King David Hotel for a look at the remembrances of all the dignitaries who have visited over the years. Back to the King Solomon. Rooms are very nice and ours had a great...

The hotel is an excellent value. If one is used to the highest standards then check out the other, significantly more expensive, hotels in the area. But the King Solomon is in a great location, and is, all in all, very nice, albeit somewhat outdated.

This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel and it remains one of the best values for the money. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to Emek, the old city and Ben Yehuda. Almost a five-star without the expense. Great rooms Staff is ok. Everything you need and very comfortable. It was less than a third of the price of the other hotels in that area. It's my new go to place when I'm in Jerusalem. Parking underneath. Beep the horn to get in or out.
