We stayed here a few years ago. The experience was much better last time. The rooms are showing wear and tear. The staff seems disinterested at best. The breakfast is very nice with lots of choices both healthy and not. The gym has good equipment. The pool is lovely but you need to grab chairs early. Overall, this is a...

We (two adults and two kids) stayed in the Mini Suite with New City View. The room was perfect except a weak Wi-Fi signal. The breakfast is inferior to other high-end Israeli hotels. The restaurant does not offer meat and overall choice is very limited. You would not expect this from the 5-star hotel. The worst thing is the service....

We arrived in Jerusalem on a Sunday afternoon and were greeted by the most friendly and helpful concierge Evitar. He was most helpful in arranging our restaurants and tickets to some places that we hadn't booked yet. He even took the time to walk outside the hotel to point us in the direction of the restaurant where went the first...

Best vacation ever. We had amazing service. Every morning at breakfast our waiter Said had coffee and juice and chocolate milk waiting for us. We didn't even have to ask him for anything. Before we could open our mouths the food was at our table. Said catered to our every need. Highly recommended!!!

Overall the hotel was very nice. Breakfast was delicious. Great service from the breakfast staff. Samir took care of us everyday at breakfast. David made a great omelets and waffles. Always greeted us. The location was a perfect location. Hotel rooms were comfortable for three travelers. Crowded pool area during Shabbat Service was a little slow but friendly. Views of...

David Citadel was a perfect location for our stay in Jerusalem. Breakfast was vast. Free WiFi was our essential link to home. I want to thank Eviatar at the concierge desk for helping us store luggage, provide perfect directions and most of all for recommending some awesome dining spots.

Extremely disappointed after spending the weekend at this hotel! If you want to spend your time at the pool be warned that they are barely any beds available to lay on (more rooms than beds) people were literally arguing with each other to have a bed to lay on. I myself had to share a bed with my girlfriend and...

This is a non-smoking hotel. Upon check-in, we discovered that someone had in fact, been smoking in our room. When we asked to change rooms, we were told that they would "freshen" the room. This was a quite nice hotel. Very clean, very professional, albeit sterile. Shout out to the breakfast. Very nicely done. Lots of good choices on pastry, shakshuka, and some decent coffee. I would definitely stay again.
