we were very disappointed in this hotel. The price may have been OK but the rooms are dark and very shabby( supposedly renovated 2-3 yrs ago--ouch) The suite room for 2 adults with 2 kids leaves no room for luggage. After a "lengthy" conversation they gave us a 3rd room for the kids. I must say the breakfasts are OK....

Lovely room, attention to detail was very unexpected but appreciated. While the street was noisy the room was quiet. There was access to wifi, the bed was comfortable and the room very spacious. I only stayed there for a short time, but the staff were very professional. Furthermore, the location was a huge bonus - I could easily reach the...

There isn't much more I can add to the overwhelmingly positive comments posted by guests at this hotel. The location is ideal for walking to so many locations and sights. The staff are courteous and professional - and speak fluent English. Everywhere is spotless and the decor is finished to a very high standard. The breakfast was superb , better...

We stayed for 3 nights in August and had a wonderful room on the 9th floor. After flying from Czech Republic we were very tired but, right from check-in the staff were fantastic. The hotel is on the Keren Hayesod so it is very handy to all of the attractions - 15 to 20 minutes walking. The Hop on/Hop off...

Stayed 5 nights at the Dan. Hotel was clean, breakfast and dinner meals very good with wide selection. Staff friendly and helpful. Easy walk to shopping and to the old city area. Safe location. The beds are firm. Flat screen TV. and pool. Could use update with colors as the wood is dark and room decor dull. Purchase liter bottle...

I was on conference and this was my most available hotel clean but very small rooms and very basic for the price but not too much variance from the other hotels around there. Buy drinking water from nearby deli as water and drink provided are very limited. The Inbal Hotel nearby is probably a better bet,

Hotel is in need of major renovation. Very dated, but it's in a good location close to the old city. I thought the hotel deserves a 1 or 2 Star rating, holes in curtains, rusted door molding in the bathrooms, stains on the floors, scuffed walls and the beds felt as if they were totally sprung. I would not stay...

This Hotel is well located in Jerusalem. Lobby and dining areas are clean and contemporary. But, the rooms need a major renovation, they are old, not well decorated, average amenities and worn carpet. Until there is a major renovation, I would stay elsewhere. Bell desk gents were very courteous and helpful. Front Desk personnel we're OK, but not overly helpful....

I booked a superior room at this hotel. The furniture is ancient and chipped. The carpet is worn old, and probably filthy. The bathroom door only opens partially because there's a wall right behind it. Which is probably okay because even with all the lights on it's so dark in the bathroom one could barely see anyway. If you need...

Just stayed here for 5 nights on a package tour. Great location and clean, but guest rooms are in severe need of renovation. You couldn't find drabber décor if you tried.
