Spent a week here with a group visiting the sights of the Holy Land. Hotel is just outside the east side wall so easy walk tothe old city and all the sights. Food is buffet breakfast and dinner with huge choice, well organised and fresh food. Large comfortable ar. Surpringly quiet for location.

This hotel is right across the street from the walls of Old Jerusalem. The location between Herod’s Gate and the Damascus Gate makes it an easy walk into Old Jerusalem. Nearby streets are safe and lined with many stores. The hotel has a large nicely and elegantly decorated reception area. This area includes a TV, Bar, and many sofas and...

I travel to Jerusalem very often. I use different hotels. This time i was offered by my partners, to stay at this hotel. I liked the room. Food is very good. Clean and friendly atmosphere. Staff is very friendly and organized. Location is the best for those who wishes to visit old city and sight things.

nice hotel near Damascus gate. Clean and spacious room. But my room opened up to an indoor courtyard and the smells of the kitchen permeated the whole room. So, basically I could not open the window and refresh the air. Internet connection is sometimes slow.

We stayed here while on pilgrimage. It was a really good place to stay. The local staff were friendly, the facilities were very good - comfortable and spacious rooms,The food was consistently good; buffets for breakfast and dinner, where food was fresh, varied, and continually replenished. It's a splendid position - yards from the walls of the Old CIty, near...

Stayed here in early November. If you are looking for location, this is the place. If you are looking for luxury, this isn't the place. The Old city wall is across the street. The location to the Damascus Gate of the Old City is just down the street. Light rail is a short walk. The breakfast buffet is adequate but...

The room and food were above expectations. Really, UNLESS you're a hotshot snob expecting gold taps and pretending friendly but actually resentful slave servants, this is an absolutely fine hotel for normal people like me. Good people, good food, good service, good rooms, good cleanliness, good beds. Very good location.

Very comfortable beds, rather ordinary rooms, although with all amenities, including free wifi. Staff helpful and hotel had a homely feel with a welcoming bar/lounge area and lovely roof terrace with great view.Good location near the walls of old city and Damascus gate.Buffet style food was reasonable, especially breakfast. Overall,an enjoyable stay and a pleasant hotel.Would rate good if that rating was available.Better than...

Stayed at the Golden Walls, for the second time in three years, for four nights earlier this month on a McCabes pilgrimage. The hotel is as good as ever; restaurant food (all buffet style) probably better than last time, drinks prices unchanged since 2012. Again had a room on the main floor overlooking the old City walls, smaller bathroom this...

With an unattractive entrance and three flights of stairs ahead, you might be forgiven for thinking this is a budget hotel, but it isn't! The lounge area looking out over the walls of Jerusalem is delightful and the room I had was very nice. The restaurant food perhaps left a little to be desired but it was perfectly acceptable with...
