It was my very first visit to Jerusalem, I was apart of a large tour group, therefore I wasn't sure what to expect...Upon our arrival at St. George Hotel we had a slight issue, however it was rectified soon after, and we were compensated for it...I did understand that these things happen and can be quite inevitable for any business...

Stayed with a group of 24 and we were all quite happy. Good choice of food both for breakfast and evening meal with the only real complaint being that they allowed other groups to take our tables despite them being clearly marked so we were unable to sit together as a group. Rooms were clean and tidy, towels and toiletries...

Came in across the Jordanian border for a 2 day, 1 night whistle stop tour of al-Aqsa and Jerusalem. Travelled with a family of four including two young children. This hotel was very conveniently located near the Old City and we walked to the mosque in the dark around 5am to join the prayer. Felt very safe. The hotel corridors...

This hotel is in desperate need of a remodel. Only one slow elevator works. Carpet is stained and buckling. Couches in lobby are ragged. Room had run down gross feel. Shower door didn't close. Breakfast was minimal and buffet dinner was not appetizing and costs 104 sheckels.

We stayed with a small tour group. The place is ok, rooms were spacious, ours had a great view of the hills. The room doors could be sealed a bit better since you hear people walking the hallways all the time. The nagging problem was the elevators, one of the 2 available was not working and during certain times (people...

Our tour group was put up in this hotel at the last minute because of a flight cancellation. The staff was courteous and helpful. Room was comfortable, but bathroom was small with a shower stall only, no tub. Sink area was also small. Twin beds were comfortable. Breakfast was not the usual western fare--it appeared the hotel hosted a lot...

Loverly staff, good size rooms fairly standard facilities however clean and fully met my needs, within walking distance of masjid Aqsa. Smallish beds, clean and tidy rooms can't hear any noise unless open windows of course. Step outside turn left and start with cash machine, beureu exchange, cafe, pizza, pharmacy, police station and then starts the old city 😍😍😍
