The hotel is indeed very nice, but lucks in good service. We were expecting for a great breakfast and dinner by the hotel chef which is very known, but since he was on holiday we got vouchers to a medium restaurant, which was very disappointing to us.

Pricey yet very special place. Suite is spacious, bed is comfortable, all the facilities are top notch, breakfast in Brasserie is quite decent and typical Israeli. Very beautiful location on the hills close to Jerusalem. Rooftop view is amazing, hidden little places in the garden with fountains are enticing. Perfect for proposals, wedding anniversaries and all types of romantic escapes...

Good things first: Ein Kerem is a magical place, loaded with history and old churches and monasteries. The hotel is located right in the middle! Great! The room we got, number 8, was special, as, apparently, all rooms in this hotel. The shower-bath was right in the middle of the room with glass walls. The room had all expected goodies:...

This is a small boutique hotel with amazing little corners and resting spots, visually appealing, with attempts at high-end service. Nice art is displayed in the rooms and public spaces. There is also a great space for dining combined with an excellent open-kitchen dinner and breakfast cooked in front of your eyes by Jonathan Shavit. There is a lot of...

We were very disappointed by the service provided . We booked two rooms on the ground floor including one with an exit on the little garden . This room was full of humidity , and we literally couldn't sleep at night . The odor was disgusting, the walls were filled with mold marks and our sheets wet . I am attaching...

The Hotel is located in a great place. Right in the heart of Ein Karem and allows you to tour the surroundings by foot. Their roof top terrace is also great. We loved the happy hours. The room on the other hand, was nothing like in the pictures. It was very roomy but damp with a distinct odor. We also...

Alegra is a small boutique hotel, located in the heart of the beautiful Ein Karem - surrounded by nature and church bells. The hotel is small, cozy yet very luxurious - every little detail was considered and taken into account. We recommend the ground floor suite - across from Reception.

No value for money. We paid more than 1700 NIS. At first we got a.room which was actually a basement. No windows, bad smell in the room, tiny bath which is actually part of thr living room. We almost gave up and left, and then they gave us a room which was slightly better. Still, pretty dark, and dump on...
