I stayed in the Ritz hotel for a total of 2 weeks and this place quickly became home. The staff is is absolutely amazing. You can really tell they go out of their way to accommodate to you. I highly recommend befriending the staff as you will see them everyday and they are just genuinely nice people to know. For...

Comfortable enough I suppose, but ... No spare sockets in room (all were already in use for lights and fridge). The fridge was noisy. The pillows were really rubbish. There was no towel rail in the bathroom. The shower cubicle doors did not fit. The wifi was excruciatingly slow. It took us two requests to get an iron (apparently "it"...

I initially was a bit apprehensive about staying in East Jerusalem, based on friendly advice and online reviews. But the price differential was too big to not give it a try. It ended up being a great hotel, with friendly staff, nice breakfast, more than adequate accommodation, clean room and facilities. The neighborhood was not as scary as a some...

The service was wonderful and the room comfortable with a beautiful deck for relaxing. The hotel is walking distance to the old city and the staff helpful with directions. Their is a wonderful hidden away Restrurant near the hotel that has some of the best food I've ever eaten. The staff can direct you to that location. Having breakfast in...

Very good location - few steps from Herod's Gate and Damascus Gate. Close to Bus station to bus going to Betlehem. Rooms big and clean. Dining room very big. Food was good and big variety of things to eat. Wonderful view from a terrace.

Can't say enough about the service - friendly and attentive. Let us check in early and helped book us on tours over the next couple of days. Rooms are minimal but if you plan to spend all day touring around it's all you need.

Initial attraction of hotel is its location in East Jerusalem. From Hotel can walk to most points in East Jerusalem and old walled city including Herod's Gate, Damascus Gate and Garden Tomb all about 10 minutes away. The hotel itself has been refurbished in recent years with all parts of Hotel including bedrooms of a high standard. Breakfast and evening...

Don't be fooled by the look from the outside. The lobby is surprisingly nice and clean with plenty of seats and tables for drinks, coffee or tea, light snacks, relaxation and working on laptops and tablets. Free wi-fi too and very good connectivity. Very nice, clean and comfortable dining rooms, meeting room, WC and bedrooms. Personnel are very friendly and...

We stayed 5 nites at this hotel and found it to be very clean, comfortable and conveniently located about a 10-15 minute walk to Herod's Gate or Damascus Gate. The staff was very friendly and the room rate included a full breakfast buffet of Middle Eastern and traditional food. From the Damascus Gate, you can take the light rail to...
