Great location with a friendly and accommodating staff. A couple of times I asked for a bowl of hot water at lunch time which I used to make oatmeal. I was also given detailed instructions to several locations that I wanted to visit. It is just a short walk to the old city and I could see the Dome of...

Stayed for five nights whilst taking part in a very hectic tour of Israel. The position is ideal for accessing the old city but being right at the heart of it I personally did not feel comfortable or especially safe after dark but that was not a major issue as I was so exhausted after the days explorations that dinner...

The rooms are basic, but perfect for a vacation or touring. The staff is extremely attentive and helpful. The kitchen is wonderful at accommodating reasonable requests such as fried eggs at breakfast or tea when it isn't being served at a meal, or it isn't a mealtime. I would highly recommend The Ritz!

The hotel management and staff have mastered the art of customer service. I am in Jerusalem 2-3 times each year, and the Jerusalem Ritz is like my home away from home. I highly recommend it to all of my friends, and they always give me positive feedback.

Room was clean and comfortable. Good service and ample breakfast. Well positioned for exploring the old town. Looked after my luggage during the day as I was moving on to Bethlehem. Minibus service from the Airport in Tel Aviv dropped me at the door.

The room was clean and well-furnished. The breakfast buffet was excellent. We ate there every morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided all the services and amenities that we expected to find at a four-star hotel. And all of the staff spoke very good English. That was especially appreciated in a multi-cultural city like Jerusalem. They even...

Very convenient, basic, fine service, nice balconies, reasonable breakfast, reasonably (for Jerusalem). My second stay and most enjoyable. I heartily recommend the excellent Hisham Khatib tour guide and driver but despair of a blowhard tour guide Joseph Tissawak who took us to Be'er Sheva for a huge sum and was hopelessly ineptand rude and sat on a headstone at the...

Of course is not "The Ritz". The service was very nice, even though the food was disappointing included the breakfast (except for the mint tea). Rooms are ok, but some of them are very little and its toilets are not quite good. But it depends on the room. Its quite noisy, but I think that for Jerusalem is value for...

We stayed here 2 weeks as part of an Associates for Biblical Research Archeology Dig. Good food (breakfast buffet, we packed our own lunches from their lunch buffet, & dinners) with plenty of variety, friendly service, and clean hotel. Facility/fixtures a bit dated, but adequate. Convenient to Old City.

Thank Johnny J
