A comfortable bed, a private bathroom, a private shower, a TV, a mini bar, a private balcony overlooking Jerusalem and a good breakfast on offer... one of the best hostels we've ever stayed in! Also one of the most expensive, but Jerusalem is a pricey destination compared to those in surrounding countries - the price was on par with other...

I work with groups in Israel all year round and send them to stay the Agron Guest House anytime they are in Jerusalem. The location is unbeatable, prices are decent, food is good and the staff is professional and extremely helpful.

I stayed here in 2005 and sometimes it felt like the room hadn't been cleaned since. There was hair in the shower and water in the kettle leftover from previous guests which was just gross. The rooms do not have clocks, phones or a safe so I had to carry around my valuables with me for 4 days and had...

we spent one night at the Hostel, coming from the Rosemary's Convent nearby. And the difference was tangible. The hostel was overcrowded with young teenagers, screaming and shouting in the hall. But that was fine and, somehow, fun. The girls at the reception were extremely nice and helpful, breakfast too was good, but the room was awfully dirty. the floor...

I recently spent 2 nights staying in this hostel on a large group tour of Israel. The rooms vary in size and accomodate anywhere from 1-5 people per room. Everything was clean and the bedlinens were clean and sufficient. The shower was a little summer camp-like and, grossly, still contained hair on the floor from the previous guests. Other than...

We stayed at Agron in mid-March 2010 and in early April 2010. Both times were really pleasant. Top marks go to the busy staff: Tzipi and Pavel. Both smile, are calm and try to help. They did not seem put out by my questions, needing help with laundry, etc. or trying to find a room for us when the hotel...

We spent 4 nights in this hostel. Price was 92 USD per night per double room incl. breakfast. Two years ago I paid 55 USD for double room. The room wasn´t cleaned during our stay. We missed clean towels, soap etc. In night there was incredible noise caused by teens accomodated on the same floor. There is a security service...
