The Hotel is a little bit older and you can see it. The interior is more 80s style. However everything is clean and nothing to complain. The gym is excellent with brandnew machines. The indoor Pool is really big - also could receive new painting- and good for sports. Nice temperature even now in the cold months. Some of the...

Stayed here for two nights to celebrate a family event. The room was clean but small. Not unusual for hotels in Israel. The food served over Shabbat was wonderful and the service was good. Sunday morning's breakfast was a less pleasant affair when I found a cigarette filter cooked into my hot oatmeal cereal. I alerted the staff who was...

Stayed for 3nights with a groups of friend for holyland tour. Rooms was okay, breakfast was good and shabbat breakfast was excellent. The one and only lack of this hotel is the employees attitude towards guest satistaction. Unfortunately, it was the important things of a hotel rather than good building, nice food or interior

Despite some bad reviews, we decided to try out the Ramada Jerusalem hotel due to it's competitive winter pricing. We found the hotel to be a 'mixed bag'. Depending on your priorities the Hotel can be super or a misery. As other posts had already mentioned this hotel should not be rated 5 star. . The good: A large, well...

This hotel is extremely dated, but if you do get a good rate, it would encourage you to stay here, especially if you find this hotel on an opaque website, like I did. One extreme flaw to this property is their lack of technology, and that frightens me. I booked an online reservation about fifteen hours before my arrival to...

We were told on our first trip this is where all the Americans stay while visiting Jerusalem and now I wonder why after our stay. The food is a pretty basic kosher menu but not the best you can find. We had much food much better...

Dirty floors that clearly weren't vacuumed and black mold in showers. Location is awful-on a highway! Horrible place to Bring kids-and they charge for wifi. The gym is nice. We were on a tour so we had no say on place to stay-very disappointed.
