If you are planning on staying in Haifa, choose a hotel in the German Colony area. The Eden is located in a run-down area of downtown Haifa. The only food available within comfortable walking distance is schwarma. Our room #11 was comfortable enough with a balcony and plenty of hot water. The mattress needs replacing and there was noise as...

Very unpleasant experience so much so that I did not even end up staying at this property. The staff is deceitful and unkind and not willing to accommodate any kind of grievances. I would not recommend!

The hotel is located in an area perfectly connected by bus to other attractions and you can walk to some of them. Beware: some rooms have shared toilets. We did not notice this but the owners upgraded us for free to a room with private toilet and this was just fine. The hotel staff is very very friendly and helpful. ...

This hotel was founded in 1930 by German family. I was warmly welcomed, my car was parked and I was initially briefed on what to see in Haifa. Location is very much convenient, it is poiible to get by foot both to the lower and to upper part of Haifa, Carmelit station is also quite close. Breakfast at partnering hotel...

This hotel was falsely advertised. Walls are cracking and peeling, stains everywhere. AC barely works and the most disturbing part was the black mold covering the bathroom walls. If you value your health do not stay here.

Good evening mr. Lee I do not know who you are. You were never at eden hotel haifa. I do not find your name at our guestlist. I hope it is just your mistake... Have a nice evening.

This hotel is pretty old, which is either a good thing (historical/cute/quaint) or a bad thing (facilities fairly basic), depending on which way you look at it. There is free coffee and a computer in the lobby, which is handy.
