The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Ahmet and the other guy who worked at night I think he said his name was Bilecik were very helpful. They advised me and my friend on how to travel around Istanbul via the Metro. Also I was interested in watching Turkish football again Ahmet was informative on how to travel to the stadium and to purchase tickets. The hotel was clean the breakfast staff were lovely too. I liked the fact it was literally round the corner from the Blue Mosque and it made my week very memorable. I would definitely visit again. The hotel had Inci Bazaar round the corner which had everything you could purchase from Ornaments to Turkish Delight and Turkish Coffee. It had a roof top view of the Blue Mosque and the Bosphorus.

I stayed for 5 days and I felt at home, their kindness and attention was excellent. Its facilities are incredible and everything is always very clean. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Without hesitation when I return to Istanbul I will stay here again.

We arrived late and was greeted by the receptionist called Can he helped us a lot and in the daytime melitsah and yunus were also a great help. They helped us a great deal with our bags, with advice, made us feel very comfortable and we’re very polite we enjoyed our stay and will be staying here again thank you all

Actually, I can say that I found this hotel by chance. I had made a reservation for another hotel before I came to Istanbul, but when I got off the airport, my reservation was canceled by the hotel. I started looking for another hotel. The Sümengen hotel appeared in front of me, I called the hotel and without prepayment, the friends at the reception made a reservation and arranged a transfer, so I will come to the hotel from the airport. This was very important. I stayed 3 days. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was excellent and the staff was very helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect. I would like to thank Melikşah and Enes for their help. I will come with my family next year. In a word, everything was beautiful.

Great Hotel perfectly located in the Sultanahmet district of Istanbul; many key tourist locations less than 5 minutes walk away. Rooms large and clean. Breakfast is decent and nice views from the balcony. Staff super helpful and friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend or visit again for future trips to Istanbul.

The hotel is really beautiful and clean .. staffs are really helpful and friendly .. its a small hotel but very professional and cozy .. specially the guy in the reception Mr sebastian is a very kind and friendly person , always willing to help.

Location is great. Customer service is super good especially Enes Yanik , he is amazingly helpful with a smile in his face. And he is Will knowing about attraction locations and services around, including PCR , transportation, very good English ,price was good and everything is walking distance, I highly recommend it

This is one of my best experiences! Perfect location, beautiful city view and great room. Extremely friendly and helpful staff all the way to general manager. I was able to community with the hotel even while I was still in America. They were able to help me update reservation, get shuttle to pick me up and did it again after my flights were rescheduled!
